Täten luovan kirjoittamisen tehtävien suunnittelu on opettajien ja oppimateriaalien valmistajien vastuulla. Maģistra darbā autore ir veikusi LBAS gadījuma izpēti. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot LBAS iesaisti darba tiesisko attiecību regulēšanā. Pētījumā izmantotas sociālo tīklu un konfliktu teorijas, apskatīts deregulācijas procesu skaidrojums dažādu autoru darbos. Maģistra darbā analizētas 9 daļēji strukturētas intervijas ar LBAS pārstāvjiem un sociālajiem partneriem. Autore secina, ka sociālo tīklu struktūrai ir būtiska nozīme lēmumu pieņemšanas procesos. Respondenti pozitīvi ir novērtējuši mediācijas procesa nepieciešamību konfliktu novēršanai. BACKGROUND: The loss of corticosteroid efficacy is an important issue in severe asthma management and may lead to poor asthma control and deterioration of airflow. Recent data indicate that Mucin 1 (MUC1) membrane mucin can mediate corticosteroid efficacy in chronic rhinosinusitis, but the role of MUC1 in uncontrolled severe asthma is unknown. The objective was to analyze the previously unexplored role of MUC1 on corticosteroid efficacy in asthma. This paper examines the academic performance depending on the evaluation and rating system used in the university. The sample under study consists of 30 subjects -taught by 35 professors to 2192 students from 7 different degrees at 14 universities of all Spain-. The results confirm that continuous assessment is the one that best results not only in terms of rate of return and success rate but also in terms of grades. Today’s appearance of the church of Maria Santissima la Croce in Regalbuto is the result of interventions carried out during the last 300 years. The 19th century’s plaster decorations of the interiors hide the original structure of the 16th-century church. One of the “antiquities remainings” survived on the red carved stone arch upon the main apse. The study reveals that the model of the façade, completed in 1774, is the arch of Triumph for Porta dei Greci in Palermo, designed in 1735 by Nicolò Palma and known today thanks to an engraving by Antonino Bova. A document in the archive of the church of San Basilio demonstrates the process of the side façade design, which required reinforcement …
