Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Sociālais atbalsts daudzbērnu ģimenēm Gulbenes novadā”. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot, kā daudzbērnu ģimeņu pārstāvji izjūt valsts un pašvaldības sniegto sociālo atbalstu, vai tiek izmantoti sniegtie atbalsta pakalpojumi Gulbenes novadā un kā, pēc daudzbērnu ģimeņu domām, uzlabot valsts un pašvaldības sociālo atbalstu. Lai sasniegtu darbā izvirzīto mērķi tika veiktas daļēji strukturētās intervijas ar Gulbenes novadā dzīvojošiem daudzbērnu ģimeņu vecākiem. Pētījumā secināts, ka daudzbērnu ģimenes Gulbenes novadā paļaujas un sagaida atbalstu no valsts un pašvaldības. His character, Haroun, who is a brother of the Arab killed in The Stranger by Camus, is in the quest for his identity. Being traumatized by his mother’s hold over him, he learns French in order to be able to express his disappointment over the world and his country where he feels as a stranger.

The aim of the study was to verify whether the frequency of face-to-face interactions with the public at work can reveal differences in how people react to emotional regulation demands. In particular, we investigated the mediating role of surface acting (a strategy of dealing with emotional dissonance) in the relationship between two typical job stressors (workload and mental load) and two outcomes closely related to work-related well-being: employees’ general health and the need for recovery.
