Teamwork is a key part of almost any person’s working life. At its best, teamwork embodies a good team spirit and increases employee well-being, but at its worst, a team is characterized by mistrust or competition between members where action and development is not possible. In this study we explored what types of emotions early childhood education professionals experience during teamwork. These questions are answered with the help of a phenomenographic approach. Effects of phenolic-like intercalated layered double hydroxides on poly(lactic acid) based nanocomposites

Two phenolic-like antioxidants (AOs), 3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)-propionate and 6-hydroxy-2,5,7,8-tetrametilcromano-2-carboxylate anions, were intercalated by anion exchange in layered double hydroxides (LDHs). The two AO-LDHs were dispersed by ultrasound-assisted solution mixing in poly(lactic acid) (PLA) and the thermal oxidation stability of the composites was evaluated following the variation of the molecular weight by SEC, after a controlled aging process, and determining the oxidation induction time (OIT) by DSC. In a context of high rate of obesity, understanding early formation of child eating behaviour, in qualitative and quantitative terms, is crucial. This work shows that new vegetable acceptance is positively associated with the introduction of variety since the beginning of the complementary feeding, and would be more difficult in 2 year old children. Moreover, the liking of a new food (vegetable or beverage) increases after familiarisation by repeated exposure. A transitional association between the new food and calories induces more stable liking than repeated exposure. However, a high energy density could limit intake of the new food by learned satiation.
