This study employed the technology acceptance model (TAM) to identify the factors with a potential impact on mobile payment systems acceptance. The communication with the remotely operated vehicles (ROV) in underwater applications are usually based on umbilical cables. The increase in the number of ROVs in cooperative interventions motivates the interest in underwater wireless communications. This article analyses the contents of the manuscripts in Latin script found at the Villa Farnese of Caprarola and the Palazzo della Cancelleria of Rome at the death of Cardinal Alessandro Farnese (1520-1589). They were inventoried by Claudio Tobalducci, librarian to the Cardinal; the inventories were edited by Francois Fossier. Although the manuscript collections seem neither organic nor systematically constituted by the Cardinal (the volumes were mainly borrowed from the great Farnese library in the Palazzo Farnese in Rome), the manuscripts were used by the Cardinal in the last years of his life. The fruits of Opuntia ficus-indica (L.) Mill., the most worldwide cultivated species of Cactaceae family, contain viable seeds (100-250) of large size. This characteristic influences the commercial quality of the fruit. A parallel simulated annealing approach to the K shortest loopless paths problem

The k shortest loopless paths problem is a significant combinatorial problem which arises in many contexts. When the size of the networks is very large the exact algorithms fail to find the best solution in a reasonable time. The aim of this paper is to suggest parallel efficient algorithms to obtain a good approximation of the solution to the k shortest loopless paths problem between two arbitrary nodes, when the network size is large. The heuristic used is known in literature as Simulated Annealing. Preliminary tests have been conducted for evaluating the validity of the proposed algorithms. The quality of the obtained results represents a significant base for further experimentations.

Purpose: To determine the correlation between corneal shape changes and ultrasound biomicroscopy (UBM) findings at the sclerotomy sites in conventional 20-gauge (G) pars plana vitrectomy (PPV) and 25-G transconjunctival sutureless vitrectomy (TSV) and to compare the effectiveness of the two surgical methods. Design: Prospective, comparative, observational case series. Methods: Sixty consecutive eyes (60 patients) undergoing primary 3-port PPV. The full Boltzmann hierarchy for dark matter-massive neutrino interactions

The impact of dark matter-neutrino interactions on the measurement of the cosmological parameters has been investigated in the past in the context of massless neutrinos exclusively. Here we revisit the role of a neutrino-dark matter coupling in light of ongoing cosmological tensions by implementing the full Boltzmann hierarchy for three massive neutrinos. Our tightest 95% CL upper limit on the strength of the interactions, parameterized via $u_\chi =\frac{\sigma_0}{\sigma_{Th}}\left(\frac{m_\chi}{100 \text{GeV}}\right)^{-1}$, is $u_\chi\leq3.34 \cdot 10^{-4}$, arising from a combination of Planck TTTEEE data, Planck lensing data and SDSS BAO data.
