En aquest article es proposa un nou sistema híbrid de ràdio sobre fibra (RoF) i òptica d’espai lliure (FSO) basat en la transmissió de senyals òptics OFDM (OOFDM) per proporcionar enllaços de comunicació sense fils òptics d’alta capacitat. Es proposa un esquema de transmissió de baix cost basat en IM-DD per simplificar i reutilitzar la infraestructura existent per desplegar un enllaç FSO d’alt ample de banda. Treść artykułu dotyczy problematyki regulacji przestępstwa obcowania płciowego z małoletnim z art. 200 § 1 Kodeksu karnego. W tym zakresie stwierdzono pewną niepełność w aktualnej regulacji, identyfikując ją oraz podając rozwiązanie w postaci propozycji, tj. znowelizowania art. 200 k.k. przez dodanie do niego § 2, który opisywałby to przestępstwo w ramach quasi-typu uprzywilejowanego jako wypadek mniejszej wagi. Sformułowanie niniejszego rozwiązania stanowi ocenę aktualnego stanu prawnego przez zwrócenie uwagi na potrzebę zmiany uregulowania prawnego w tym zakresie

Wireless sensor networks can be used to perform structural monitoring. Strain gauges, which can be glued on or integrated to the observed material, are the most common nondestructive sensing elements for measuring surface strain. Wireless strain gauge measurement system makes strain measurements more flexible while opening new targets of application in addition to those that traditional wired strain measuring systems can offer. Locating the nodes of outdoor wireless sensor networks (WSNs) using (tri)lateration with a low-cost ranging technique, such as the received signal strength indicator (RSSI), often results in inaccurate location estimates. This can mostly be explained by the combined effect of distance estimate errors and localization geometry, both of which are subject to the reference nodes used. The aim of this work is to study the conditions in which teachers plan and execute educational actions in the classroom and to find out which difficulties they encountered during the development of the planned teaching action. The “concrete operations” that 15 teachers in the Palermo area had accomplished, were highlighted before, during and after every structured activity to promote the pupils’ oral expression. Specifically, the research, which is collocated in the case study, had the function of verifying forty descriptors. Increasing the flexural capacity of RC beams using steel angles and pre-tensioned stainless steel ribbons

This article presents an experimental programme on reinforced concrete beams retrofitted with steel angles and pre-stressed stainless steel ribbons to increase their flexural strength and ductility. Two different configurations of the steel ribbon were designed, and two companion specimens for each type considered were subjected to a four-point bending test to facilitate a direct comparison in the analysis of the effectiveness of the retrofitting technique.
