Problēmas būtība. Ādas vēži ir vieni no izplatītākām vēžiem Pasaulē. Katru gadu atklāto ādas vēžu skaits strauji pieaug, pētījumi norāda, ka melanomai visstraujākais pieaugums ir gaišādainiem cilvēkiem. Klimatisko apstākļu dēļ, strauji pieaug ultravioletā starojuma daudzums, un pēc 20-30 gadiem UV indekss var sasniegt bīstamo līmeni, kas krietni paaugstinās ādas vēžu saslimstības risku. Pētījuma mērķi. Uzzināt vai Latvijā ādas vēžu incidence strauji pieaug, kādi ir Latvijas iedzīvotāju prevalējoši ādas tipi. Saslimstība ar melanomu Latvijā un pasaulē ir augsta, un tās viens no galvenajiem izraisošajiem iemesliem ir ultravioletā starojuma iedarbība. 2012. gadā Latvijā melanomas pacientu uzskaitē ar pirmo reizi dzīvē diagnosticētu melanomu tika iekļautas 213 personas, kopā melanomas uzskaitē gada beigās bija 1967 personas (Slimību profilakses un kontroles centrs, 2014). Šis darbs dod priekšstatu par ultravioletā starojuma ietekmi un tā izraisīto kaitējumu, iedzīvotāju sauļošanās paradumiem solārijā un saulē, kā arī farmaceitu viedokli par cilvēku informētību šajā jomā. Tanto los no-personajes y los no-lugares macedonianos, como los multiformes, cambiantes e indefinidos seres que pueblan las Historias de Cortázar se presentan como burlas metafísicas. El recorrido de deconstrucción y simulación que Macedonio empieza en sus textos parece alcanzar en la obra de Cortázar su ápice: de una escritura anti mimética y de un sistema autorreferencial se pasa a la posibilidad de ver la otra realidad que se esconde más allá de nuestra visión del mundo, el misterio que hace vacilar certezas seculares, el origen primero de la interminable búsqueda humana de la verdad.

The article traces the evolution of the publishing practice in the field of translations undertaken by Alberto Mondadori after the Second World War. Through some letters of the publisher to his collaborators, the analysis highlights the nature of his choices, which were often motivated not only by the desire to publish complete works, but also by personal and political reasons, such as the desire of self‑affirmation, to introduce himself as a “new publisher in a new era”, in clear antithesis with the past.
Compensation of Nonlinearity of Voltage and Current Instrument Transformers

This paper aims at characterizing and improving the metrological performances of current and voltage instrument transformers (CTs and VTs) in harmonic measurements in the power system. A theoretical analysis is carried out to demonstrate that, due to the iron core nonlinearity, CT and VT output signal is distorted even when the input signal is a pure sine wave. Starting from this analysis, a new method for CT and VT characterization and compensation is proposed.
