Następcza niemożliwość świadczenia producenta rolnego z umowy kontraktacji

Niniejsze opracowanie poświęcone jest zagadnieniu następczej niemożliwości świadczenia producenta rolnego z umowy kontraktacji w sytuacji, gdy brak możliwości wykonania zobowiązania jest następstwem okoliczności, za które żadna ze stron nie ponosi odpowiedzialności. Ustawodawca w sposób szczególny uregulował przypadek niemożliwości świadczenia producenta rolnego w art. 622 Kodeksu cywilnego. Niemniej dla pełnej analizy tego zagadnienia niezbędne jest sięgnięcie do przepisów części ogólnej prawa zobowiązań. Obecna regulacja prawna w sposób zbyt niesymetryczny obciąża ryzykiem producenta rolnego. Do aktualnego stanu prawnego odniesiono się zatem w sposób krytyczny

Tutkielmani tarkoitus oli selvittää, miten opettajat opettavat suullisia kommunikaatiotaitoja ja niihin kuuluvia osataitoja yläkoulussa, sekä kartoittaa, millaisia ajatuksia ja periaatteita he liittävät suullisen kielitaidon opetukseen. Tämän lisäksi halusin selvittää, realisoituvatko opettajien käsitykset omasta opetuksestaan vai eroavat ne opetuksesta, joka käytännössä toteutuu luokkahuoneissa. Tutkimukseni on luonteeltaan kvalitatiivinen tapaustutkimus, jossa tutkin kolmen opettajan yläkoulun ruotsinopettajan tuntiopetusta sekä heidän ajatuksiaan suullisen kielitaidon opettamisesta. Se sitúa la discusión en la problemática del cambio social, las actitudes y la conflictividad colectivas. The various discussions and papers from the 4th Seminar on Agrarian History in its meeting about the local authorities in the 19th-century Spain, are discussed. Thermodynamic and spectroscopic study of the binding of dimethyltin(IV) by citrate at 25°C

Thermodynamic (potentiometric and calorimetric) and spectroscopic ( 1 H NMR, 119 Sn Mossbauer) studies were performed in aqueous solution in order to characterize the interaction of dimethyltin(IV) cation with citrate ligand. Six species {(CH 3 ) 2 Sn(cit) - ; [(CH 3 ) 2 Sn] 2 (cit) 2 2- ; (CH 3 ) 2 Sn(cit)H 0 ; (CH 3 ) 2 Sn(cit)OH 2- ; [(CH 3 ) 2 Sn] 2 (cit)OH 0 ; [(CH 3 ) 2 Sn] 2 (cit)(OH) 2 - } were found. All the species formed in this system are quite stable and formation percentages are fairly high. For example, at pH = 7.5 and C (CH3)2Sn = C cit = 10 mmol l -1 , E% for [(CH 3 ) 2 Sn] 2 (cit)(OH) 2 - and (CH 3 ) 2 Sn(cit)OH 2- species reaches 65%. Overall thermodynamic parameters obta…
Pd2Au36(SR)(24) cluster: structure studies

The location of the Pd atoms in Pd2Au36(SC2H4Ph)(24), is studied both experimentally and theoretically. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) indicates oxidized Pd atoms. Palladium K-edge extended X-ray absorption fine-structure (EXAFS) data clearly show Pd-S bonds, which is supported by far infrared spectroscopy and by comparing theoretical EXAFS spectra in R space and circular dichroism spectra of the staple, surface and core doped structures with experimental spectra.

The photophysical and DNA-binding properties of the cationic zinc(II) complex of 5-triethylammonium methyl salicylidene ortho-phenylenediiminato (ZnL 2 + ) were investi- gated by a combination of experimental and theoretical methods. DFT calculations were performed on both the ground and the first excited states of ZnL 2 + and on its possi- ble mono- and dioxidation products, both in vacuo and in selected solvents mimicked by the polarizable continuum model. Photodynamics studies of ligand-protected gold nanoclusters by using ultrafast transient infrared spectroscopy

Highly monodisperse samples of three ligand-protected gold nanoclusters Au102(pMBA)44, Au144(SC2H4Ph)60, and a cluster tentatively identified as Au130(pMBA)50, were characterized by UV/vis and infrared spectroscopy, and their photodynamics was studied by transient absorption spectroscopy. The dynamics study for each cluster was performed by electronically exciting the cluster with a pump pulse in the visible or near infrared region and by monitoring the transient absorption of vibrational modes of the ligands with a mid-IR probe pulse. Prevention of injuries among youth team sports : the role of decreased movement control as a risk factor

Good movement control is essential in team sports that require fast-paced running, pivoting, jumping and landing. Alterations in dynamic neuromuscular control may cause significant stress on the musculoskeletal system, and increase the risk of both acute and overuse injuries. The purpose of this dissertation was to investigate the effectiveness of interventions to prevent sports injuries, the incidence and severity of overuse injuries, and the role of decreased movement control as a risk factor for future injuries in young team sports athletes.
