Our study examines vicarious learning–related communication through which individuals share their observations with other organizational members. A Customer Perspective on Omnichannel Customer Journey and Channel Usage : A Qualitative Study

This qualitative study investigates customer behavior during the omnichannel customer journey. The study aims to increase the understanding of omnichannel service environments from a customer-centric point of view. The data was collected by interviewing 10 young adults (from 26 to 30 years old) who had bought a Finnish clothing brand (R-Collection) product via a digital or a physical channel. The research interviews dealt with the interviewees' experiences and channel behavior during their shopping journeys. Deimatic displays, where sudden changes in prey appearance elicit aversive predator reactions, have been suggested to occur in many taxa. These (often only putative) displays frequently involve different components that may also serve antipredator functions via other mechanisms (e.g., mimicry, warning signalling, body inflation). Diplomdarbs ir pētījuma rezultāts, lai noskaidrotu kā dažādas vārda krājuma apguves metodes var palīdzēt skolēniem iemācīties, atcerēties un apgūt jaunus vārdus, izmantojot divas dažādas metodes valodas mācīšanā – gramatikas-tulkošanas metodi un komunikatīvo pieeju. Abas mācību metodes tika izvēlētas, ņemot vērā to kontrastējošās īpašības un popularitāti mūsdienu klasē, izpētot, kā dažādām mācību metodēm var būt atšķirīgi rezultāti vārdu apguvei. Pēc tam tika izvēlēta viena ceturtā klase kas tika sadalīta divās grupās, pirmā grupa tika mācīta izmantojot komunikatīvo pieeju, otrā grupa – gramatikas-tulkošanas metodi.
