In contemporary societies we are witnessing an expansion of the messages of human capital. These messages have as their central dimension idea of the self-entrepreneur, which implies a deepening in the logic of activation, while blurring the wage relations. The employment quality in the sector of home care services raises a number of questions. In this sector, job positions are hard to fill and they meet unattractive working conditions. Overall, the sector is suffering from a rather negative image. This article, through a qualitative study, identifies the differentiation factors of employee satisfaction in terms of employment quality, and the work motivation factors, in an environment that is not always favorable. <p style="text-align: justify;">L'effet colloïde-protecteur d'extraits mannoprotéiques de parois de levures vis-à-vis de la précipitation tartrique a été étudié en solution hydroalcoolique, en utilisant un IST mètre (Indice de Stabilité Tartrique).</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Nous avons montré que les deux extraits levuriens inhibaient la cristallisation du bitartrate de potassium au même titre que l'acide métatartrique et la carboxyméthylcellulose, mais à un niveau plus faible. Cette recherche a pour objet d'étudier l'intégration de l'Enseignement Assisté par Ordinateur (EAO) dans la formation en cours d'emploi. L'étude s'articule en deux parties, théorique et pratique. En premier lieu, elle montre l'importance d'une approche en termes d'efficacité interne de la formation, et donc d'une analyse du rapport coût-efficacité. Appréhender le rapport coût-efficacité signifie aborder la structure et la problématique générale des coûts de l'EAO. Human capital formation : state or market management This paper examines the likely difficulties of the management by the state of the education sector. Concerning the operation of the system, the analysis is based on international comparisons and on the French experience. As a whole the difficulties are linked to the weak accountability and justification in the use of the resources mobilized. This arises from the absence of the regulatory mechanisms as those existing in a market oriented activity.
