Darbā ir izskatīti aktuālie problēmjautājumi, kas saistīti ar sadzīves atkritumu apsaimniekošanu pašvaldību kompetences kontekstā. Šim mērķim darbā ir izpētīts spēkā esošais atkritumu apsaimniekošanas tiesiskais regulējums Latvijas un Eiropas Savienības tiesībās, tiesu prakse. Tāpat darbā izpētīts konkurences tiesiskais regulējums Latvijā daļā par konkurences neitralitāti un tiešās un pastarpinātās pārvaldes iestāžu un kapitālsabiedrību, kurā publiskai personai ir izšķiroša ietekme, pienākumu nodrošināt brīvu un godīgu konkurenci. Background Information is limited for the benefits of physical activity (PA) in preschoolers. Previous research using accelerometer-assessed PA may be affected for multicollinearity issues. Objectives This study investigated the cross-sectional and prospective associations of sedentary behaviour (SB) and PA with body composition and physical fitness using compositional data analysis. Investigating the Structure of Vela X

Vela X is the prototypical example of a pulsar wind nebula whose morphology and detailed structure have been affected by the interaction with the reverse shock of its host supernova remnant. The resulting complex of filamentary structure and mixed-in ejecta embedded in a nebula that is offset from the pulsar provides the best example we have of this middle-age state that characterizes a significant fraction of composite SNRs, and perhaps all of the large-diameter PWNe seen as TeV sources. Tutkielman tarkoituksena on kartoittaa keskipitkän ruotsin kielen osalta uudistuksia ja painopis-teitä perusopetuksen opetussuunnitelman perusteissa 2014. Tutkimuskysymykseen vastatakseni käytän aineistolähtöistä sisällönanalyysiä, jonka avulla tutkin ops-perusteiden 2014 ja ops-perusteiden 2004 yhteneväisyyksiä ja eroja. Tutkielmassa sivutaan myös Eurooppalaisen viite-kehyksen merkitystä perusopetuksen opetussuunnitelman perusteissa. Tutkimuksen perusteella voidaan todeta, että uudistukset keskipitkässä ruotsissa koskevat en-sinnäkin ruotsin kielen aloitusiän aikaistamista 6. luokalle. Between the two World Wars, gymnastics become a sport just as any other sport. An analysis of the history of the Federation of Alsatian Gymnastics Associations allows us to understand this mutation which is even more remarkable since the opposition between gymnastics and sports was initially very stiff. Context: In preparation for the COROT mission, an exhaustive photometric study of Be stars located in the seismology fields of the COROT mission has been performed. The very precise and long-time-spanned photometric observations gathered by the COROT satellite will give important clues of the origin of the Be phenomenon. Aims: The aim of this work is to find short-period variable Be stars located in the seismology fields of COROT and to study and characterise their pulsational properties.
