Simple Summary In patients with unclear soft tissue lesions, treatment planning largely depends on histology. Core needle biopsy is the diagnostic standard in these cases. The aim of this retrospective study was to investigate accuracy and safety of ultrasound guided core needle biopsy at a tertiary referral center. We show that ultrasound guided biopsy was feasible as a one stop shop procedure in an outpatient setting in 87.6% of the cases. The rate of conclusive biopsies was 88.5%. After surgical resection, the dignity, tumor type and histopathological grading of the biopsy matched one of the resection specimens in 97.2%, 92.7% and 92.5% of the cases, respectively. AbstractPeatlands are carbon dioxide (CO2) sinks that, in parallel, release methane (CH4). The peatland carbon (C) balance depends on the interplay of decomposer and CH4-cycling microbes, vegetation, and environmental conditions. These interactions are susceptible to the changes that occur along a successional gradient from vascular plant-dominated systems to Sphagnum moss-dominated systems. Changes similar to this succession are predicted to occur from climate change. Šajā dokumentā aprakstītā kvalifikācijas darba mērķis ir izveidot mājaslapu, kurā ir iespējams ērti un viegli izvietot un apskatīt jebkāda veida sludinājumus. Izstrādātā sistēma ļauj lietotājiem veikt savu sludinājumu izvietošanu uz sistēmas servera, to pārvaldību kā arī piedāvā sludinājumu apskati jebkuram vietnes lietotājam. Darba programmatūras izstrādāšanai tika izmantotas valodas PHP 5.5, CSS un HTML, Laravel 5.0 programmietvars. Dati tiek glabāti MySQL, datu bāzē.

Dokumentā ir iekļauta mantu atdošanas mājaslapas tehniskā dokumentācija, kas ietver PPS, PPA un testēšanas dokumentāciju. Izstrādātās sistēmas galvenais mērķis ir atļaut lietotājiem izveidot sludinājumus, atrast sludinājumus pēc kategorijām un atstāt atsauksmes par citiem lietotājiem. Sistēma tika realizēta ar Laravel 8 tīmekļa ietvaru, kas balstās uz PHP valodu, un tailwind ietvaru mājaslapas stila veidošanai. Datubāze realizēta ar MySQL pārvaldības sistēmu.

Šajā darbā tiek apskatīts un risināts uzdevums par autonomu iekārtu spēju noteikt savu atrašanās vietu viendimensijas telpā, neizmantojot ārējus palīglīdzekļus, piemēram, globālās pozicionēšanas sistēmas vai bezvadu tīklus. To vietā tiek izmantoti akselerometra dati. Uzdevuma sarežģītību nosaka biežās datu kļūdas. Šī problēma tiek risināta, izmantojot datizraces un dziļās mašīnmācīšanās metodes - līkņu pielāgošanu un gludināšanu, neironu tīklu apmācību. Rezultātā ir izstādāta pieeja, kā veikt datu iegūšanu, datu apstrādi ar izvēlētajiem algoritmiem un kā nepieciešamības gadījumā pielāgot šos algoritmus.

Fludioxonil is a fungicide with a singular mode of action that is widely employed in the treatment of fruit crops. A competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (cELISA) has been developed and validated for the determination of residues of this fungicide in fruit juices. A collection of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) against the fungicide fludioxonil has been produced and characterized using direct and indirect cELISAs. Korkeakouludiplomi on opetus- ja kulttuuriministeriön käynnistämä koulutuskokeilu, jonka tarkoituksena on selvittää nykyisiä korkeakoulututkintoja suppeampien koulutusten käyttökelpoisuutta työelämän ja opiskelijoiden kannalta. Korkeakouludiplomikoulutus alkoi syksyllä 2014 pilottihankkeena Jyväskylän ammattikorkeakoulussa ainoana korkeakouluna Suomessa. Tämä julkaisu on väliraportti kokeilun seuranta- ja arviointitutkimuksesta.
