L’expérience d’étudiants1 utilisant pour la première fois ce dispositif dans le cadre de leur formation a été recueillie. Vuoden 1997 työmarkkinatukiuudistuksen tavoitteena oli aktivoida alle 25-vuotiaiden ammattikouluttamattomien nuorten osallistumista työmarkkinoille ja koulutukseen. Tässä artikkelissa raportoidaan arvioita uudistuksen vaikutuksista 22–24-vuotiaiden NEET-asteeseen, joka mittaa työvoiman ulkopuolella ja työttömänä olevien osuutta ikäryhmästä. Tilastollisessa tarkastelussa hyödynnetään Tilastokeskuksen rekisteriaineistoa. Tutkimusmenetelmänä on difference-in-differences – analyysi, jossa uudistuksen kohteeksi joutuneen toimenpideryhmän työmarkkinakehitystä verrataan verrokkiryhmän kehitykseen. Dormancy in bulbous plants is an important physiological state mainly regulated by a complex gene network that determines a stop of vegetative growth during unfavorable seasons. Limited knowledge on the molecular mechanisms that regulate dormancy in onion were available until now. We derive through literature review that lack of internal R&D investment, lack of contribution into absorptive capacity (ACAP) nurturing at the initial phase of a project, and lack of adequate training prevent ACAP improvement. We conduct 41 interviews using a case study method on four organizations. Based on the empirical findings, it is revealed that most of practitioners know how ACAP can be improved. But still, they do not offer the important incentives and follow some traditional ways of performing their tasks. Kurssin päätavoitteena oli käyttää täysipainoisesti konstruktivismiperustaista PVMoodlea oppimisessa, sekä sitouttaa oppijat yhteisölliseen oppimiseen, ottaen huomioon sotilaspedagogiikan oppimisen ohjaamisen KATRIKS periaatemallin (muistimalli, joka tukee oppimis- ja opetussuunnitelman laadintaa). Teoriataustassa käsitellään kohderyhmän mukaisesti aikuisoppimista, yhteisöllistä oppimista, sanaston oppimista, sekä verkon käyttöä oppimistapahtumassa.
