Huumori työnohjaajan ja ohjattavan vuorovaikutuksessa

Huumori ilmenee työelämän interpersonaalisessa vuorovaikutuksessa eri tavoin, ja sillä on monia merkittäviä vuorovaikutusfunktioita. Huumorin on havaittu muun muassa edistävän yhteistyöhalukkuutta ja avoimuutta. Tässä tutkimuksessa tarkastelemme työnohjaajan ja ohjattavan vuorovaikutuksessa ilmenevää huumoria. Tutkimusotteemme on laadullinen, ja menetelmänä käytämme vuorovaikutusanalyysia. Aineisto koostuu kolmesta työnohjaustapaamisesta. Maahanmuuttajataustainen oppilas ja natiivioppilas kollaboratiivisissa tehtävätilanteissa

Tässä tutkimuksessa tarkasteltiin, kuinka maahanmuuttajataustainen, suomea toisena kielenä opiskeleva oppilas vuorovaikuttaa natiivioppilaan kanssa kollaboratiivisissa tehtävätilanteissa. Tutkittavina oli kolme yleisopetukseen integroitua S2-oppilasta. Kaksi heistä oli 2.-luokkalaisia ja yksi oli 6.-luokkalainen. Aineisto kerättiin osallistuvalla havainnoinnilla ja työparien kanssa tehtävätilanteista käydyillä keskusteluilla. In diagnostic histopathology, hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) staining is a critical process that highlights salient histological features. Staining results vary between laboratories regardless of the histopathological task, although the method does not change. This variance can impair the accuracy of algorithms and histopathologists’ time-to-insight. Investigating this variance can help calibrate stain normalization tasks to reverse this negative potential.
