3D Visualization of Engendering Collaborative Leadership in the Space

The paper focuses on collaborative leadership in education and how to illustrate its engendering process in a three-dimensional space. This complex and fluid process is examined as distributed and pedagogical within a large Finnish vocational upper secondary educational organization. As a consequence, the notion of distributed pedagogical leadership is used when collaborative leadership in education is studied. Exploring the collaborative synthesis of information during online reading

Abstract This descriptive study sought to understand the complexities of integrative processing during collaborative online reading. Student pairs constructed a collaborative understanding while reading online information about a controversial issue by connecting, combining and organizing information that originated from prior knowledge, self-selected online texts, and discussions during an online inquiry task. Reflecting on Work Values with Young Unemployed Adults in Finland

In this article, we explore the internal conversations about the work values of young unemployed adults in Finland. We draw on the theoretical concept of internal conversation by Margaret Archer in order to shift the focus from the individual work values to the interplay between subjective concerns and structural circumstances. El objetivo del artículo es analizar los zero hours contracts en el Reino Unido. Son contratos donde el empleador no garantiza un mínimo de trabajo y el que ofrece su fuerza de trabajo puede rechazarlo. Se han extendido para todo tipo de profesiones no configuradas originalmente como freelance. Este artículo presenta los principales temas abordados por los economistas de la educación a lo largo de los últimos cincuenta años. Después de recordar brevemente los antecedentes de la disciplina, se describen las aportaciones teóricas y empíricas realizadas a raíz del desarrollo de la teoría del capital humano, que es el fundamento de la economía de la educación. Más allá de los trabajos que tratan de los efectos externos de la educación, el artículo repasa también las principales aportaciones efectuadas en el análisis de los sistemas de enseñanza y en la evaluación de las políticas educativas.
