Celem artykułu jest omówienie wybranych instytucji postępowania zabezpieczającego w kontekście specyfiki spraw gospodarczych. Wnioski o udzielenie zabezpieczenia w tego typu sprawach wpływają do sądów dość często, zwłaszcza w sprawach o stwierdzenie nieważności uchwały bądź jej uchylenie. Orzeczenie sądu ma natomiast daleko idące skutki dla obrotu gospodarczego

AbstractIn order to withstand the ever-increasing invasion of privacy by CCTV cameras and technologies, on par CCTV-aware solutions must exist that provide privacy, safety, and cybersecurity features. We argue that a first important step towards such CCTV-aware solutions must be a mapping system (e.g., Google Maps, OpenStreetMap) that provides both privacy and safety routing and navigation options. This chapter starts with a summary of the thermodynamic potentials and the relationships between them which are obtained from Legendre transformation. This is followed by an excursion to some important global properties of materials such as specific heat, expansion coefficients and others. The thermodynamic relations provide the basis for a discussion of continuous changes of state which are illustrated by the Joule-Thomson effect and the Van der Waals gas. Maģistra darba mērķis ir noskaidrot, vai velosipēdistu riskanta braukšana ir saistīta ar naivajiem priekšstatiem par fizikas likumiem. Pētījumā piedalījās 123 respondenti vecumā no 17 līdz 57 gadiem. Pētījumā tika izmantotas metodikas: Velosipēdistu uzvedības aptauja, modificēta, par pamatu ņemot Finstras un kolēģu (Feenstra et al. ,2011) izveidoto “Jauniešu velosipēdistu uzvedības aptauju” (Adolescent Cycling Behavior Questionnaire (ACBQ).
