The aim of this paper is to analyse the evolution of gender balance in the Italian Constitutional system with respect to electoral representation (Art. 51th of the Italian Constitution). Effective achieving of electoral representation has been heavily difficult for women in Italy. In 2010 the Constitutional Judge recognized the necessity of gender balance measures. However, the instruments provided by laws had not any real success and women are not effectively represented in political Assemblies.

Recientes estudios han demostrado el escaso hábito lector de los estudiantes universitarios españoles, así como la falta de solidez de su competencia literaria. Estas limitaciones ponen de relieve la necesidad de la lectura guiada, una propuesta didáctica que suele relacionarse con los niveles iniciales de la enseñanza, pero cuya necesidad se hace cada vez más imperiosa en la educación superior. En este contexto, el presente artículo apuesta por el seminario de lectura como una de las estrategias más efectivas, a la par que estimulantes, para acompañar a los universitarios en ese aprendizaje. Results on performance and ageing of solar modules based on Elkem Solar Silicon (ESS™) from installations at various locations

Abstract The present study aims to present the current status of the results obtained using Elkem Solar Silicon (ESS™) as feedstock basis for solar cell and modules. It is shown that solar cells based on ESS™ are able to follow the development of the solar industry obtaining comparable efficiencies to standard polysilicon based cells. The characteristics of ESS™ based solar cells, having normally higher V oc and FF and lower I sc , seem to give clear advantages in the field for solar modules located at high irradiance areas. Hydropower is at present in many locations, among all the other possible renewable energy sources, the best one for net cost per unit power. In contrast to traditional installation, based on water storage in artificial basins, free flow river turbines also provide a very low environmental impact due to their negligible effect on solid transport.
