La lexicografía del Siglo de Oro tiene entre sus obras fundamentales, los diccionarios de los jesuitas Bartolomé Bravo y Pedro de Salas. Este último enriquece notablemente la obra de Bravo introduciendo no solamente nuevos vocablos, sino también numerosos enunciados entre los que abundan locuciones verbales y adverbiales, enunciados fraseológicos, proverbios, refranes, etc., que son de enorme interés para el conocimiento de la lengua del siglo XVII. TESI DOCTORAL ELS PARLARS DEL MONTSIÀ. ESTUDI GEOLINGÜÍSTIC L'estudi presenta la descripció dialectal de la llengua catalana, a partir del registre col·loquial, a la comarca del Montsià, situada al bell mig de la llengua, entre el Baix Ebre al nord, el Baix Maestrat al sud i el Matarranya a l'oest. Les dades s'han recollit en dènou punts d'enquesta, aquests són els que estan habitats regularment amb població autòctona. Els informants presenten el perfil adequat per a aquest tipus d'investigació. El qüestionari s'ha basat en 3.491 ítems. Meaningful physical changes mediate lexical-semantic integration: top-down and form-based bottom-up information sources interact in the N400

Models of how the human brain reconstructs an intended meaning from a linguistic input often draw upon the N400 event-related potential (ERP) component as evidence. Current accounts of the N400 emphasise either the role of contextually induced lexical preactivation of a critical word (Lau, Phillips,& Poeppel, 2008) or the ease of integration into the overall discourse context including a wide variety of influencing factors (Hagoort & van Berkum, 2007). Focal breast lesion characterization according to the BI-RADS US lexicon: role of a computer-aided decision-making support

Objectives: to assess the diagnostic performance of a computer-guided decision- making software (S-Detect) in the US characterization of focal breast lesions (FBLs), according to the radiologist's experience. Materials and Methods: 300 FBLs (size: 2.6-47.2 mm; mean: 13.2 mm) in 255 patients (mean age: 51 years) were prospectively assessed in consensus according to BIRADS US lexicon by two experienced radiologists without and with S-Detect; to evaluate intra and inter-observer agreement, the same 300 FBLs were independently evaluated by two residents at baseline and after 3 months. This research presents the force that manifests the mental lexicon in teaching vocabulary in French as a foreign language. This experimental action research was developed with the experimental French group II EG from the program of modern languages at the University of Quindio in Armenia City, in Colombia. Students presented a low level in oral and written French activities. The lack of vocabulary was a recurrent element in the expression of the language. The Lexikon by Hesychius from Alexandreia (V-VI century) is one of the most important lexicographical works in Ancient Greek. It contains an encyclopedic amount of glossematic terms (lexeis) from several kinds of literary sources – epic, lyric and dramatic poetry, rhetoric, historiography, paremiography, neo and veterotestamentary tradition, and so on.
