Darbs “Eiropas Savienības solidaritātes klauzula kā krīzes vadības instruments” izstrādāts ar mērķi aplūkot solidaritātes klauzulas ietvaru un analizēt vai šis instruments būtu uzskatāms par atbilstošu krīžu un katastrofu pārvaldīšanai. A research-action was carried out in 2015 and 2016 by the Regional Chamber of the Social and Solidarity Economy (CRESS) of Franche-Comté, accompanied by public partners, scientific and from the field of support, with the aim of better understand the dynamics of the creation of SSE enterprises in the regions, identified by the criterion of employment. L'étude des établissements ruraux de deux secteurs de l’actuel département de la Côte-d’Or, la région de Dijon et celle de Châtillon-sur-Seine, présente un double intérêt. D’une part les paysages naturels, géomorphologiques comme pédologiques, y sont très variés. D’autre part, l’étude des occupations protohistorique et antique dans ces paysages naturels a bénéficié depuis quelques décennies d’approches méthodologiques différentes mais complémentaires qui renouvellent la vision que l’on pouvait s’en faire.

El articulo quiere mostrar que las interpretaciones de las instituciones del derecho de sucesiones que consideran el interés familiar, como expresión del principio de solidaridad (cada vez más en una protección patrimonialista de la legitimidad), siempre prevalente sobre todos los demás intereses, ya no pueden ser compartidas, porque la solidaridad no se distingue del personalismo. La critica di Marx ai diritti umani evidenzia come l'immagine spaziale della libertà sia il podere stretto in confini recintati dove l'altro è minaccia. Nel testo viene proposta una costruzione alternativa della libertà basata su una diversa rappresentazione spaziale. Per la elaborazione di questo diverso concetto di libertà, nelle sue diverse declinazioni, si prende spunto dal concetto della "giocherenda", proveniente dalla tradizione filosofica dell'Africa occidentale. Giocherenda in lingua pular sta a significare la solidarietà che scaturisce dalla consapevolezza dell'interdipendenza, ponendo la relazione come condizione necessaria dell'esistenza.
