Assessment of the rate of force development scaling factor for the hip muscles

Introduction: The aim of this study was to evaluate test feasibility, validity, and reproducibility of the rate of force development scaling factor (RFD-SF) for the hip muscles. Methods: Feasibility was assessed as the testing compliance, validity as the ability to compute the RFD-SF from a linear regression, and reproducibility with a test–retest design in 20 healthy subjects. Reliability and agreement (reproducibility) were evaluated using intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC3,1) and percent standard error of measurement (SEM), respectively. The article critically investigates the relationship between the issue of over-indebtedness and, in particular, that of discharge from bankruptcy, highlighting the problematic relationship with the debtor’s financial liability and the impact on the statute of the obligation. In this sense, the rule on discharge from bankruptcy is examined, stigmatizing both its linguistic inaccuracy and the disorientation it produces in the interpreters. The essay then emphasizes the difficulties encountered by the process of integration of such rule into the system. From this point of view, there is a genetic mutation of the obligation, whose original status is radically changed.

Reliability and validity evidence of the early numeracy test for identifying children at risk for mathematical learning difficulties

Abstract This study investigated reliability and validity evidence regarding the Early Numeracy test (EN-test) in a sample of 1139 Swedish-speaking children (587 girls) in kindergarten (n = 361), first grade (n = 321), and second grade (n = 457). Structural validity evidence was established through confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), which showed that a four-factor model fit the data significantly better than a one-factor or two-factor model. Uncertainty management in the measurements for the electric power quality analysis

The paper deals with the uncertainty estimation in the measurements performed to assess the electric power quality. In a first steps, all the error sources, which give a significant contribution to the combined uncertainty associated to the measurement results, are identified. Successively, in order to analyze how the errors combine and propagate through the measurement chain, four approaches are proposed and validated. Technical and economical comparison between different topologies of PV plant under mismatch effect

This paper presents a technical and economical comparative analysis between two topology of photovoltaic plant.
