International audience; The R2E project at CERN has tested a few commercial SRAMs and a custom-designed SRAM, whose data are complementary to various scientific publications. The experimental data include low- and high-energy protons, heavy ions, thermal, intermediate- and high-energy neutrons, high-energy electrons and high-energy pions.

Przedmiotem artykułu jest zastosowanie odpowiedzialności z tytułu zdarzeń medycznych oraz formalne wszczęcie odpowiedniego postępowania w tym zakresie. Autor zwraca szczególną uwagę na te kwestie, które powodują istotne problemy interpretacyjne, a także wymagają komentarza co do poprawności i słuszności rozwiązań przyjętych przez ustawodawcę. Omawia pojęcie „zdarzenia medycznego”, krąg podmiotów uprawnionych do wszczęcia postępowania w przedmiocie odpowiedzialności za zdarzenia medyczne oraz kwestie dotyczące złożenia wniosku do właściwej komisji i opisania jego wymogów formalnych.

Despite recent close attention to issues related to the reliability of psychological research (e.g., the replication crisis), issues of the validity of this research have not been considered to the same extent. This paper highlights an issue that calls into question the validity of the common research practice of studying samples of individuals, and using sample-based statistics to infer generalizations that are applied not only to the parent population, but to individuals. The essay addresses the issue of the so called Internet Service Provider's Liability under artt. 12-14 dir. 00/31, with specific regard to the violations of copyright. The study aims at demonstrating that European Law on ISP is not a law on tort, but regulates a sphere of lawful action in favor of Internet Service Providers. The analysis of the Court of Justice's case-law reveals that the primary remedy against offenses committed on the internet is an injunction, while damages are only a secondary relief. Various methods of memory acquisition have been proposed, ranging from tools based on a dedicated hardware to software only solutions. Distribution and generation of traps in SiO2/Al2O3 gate stacks

In this work we combine charge-pumping measurements with positive constant voltage stress to investigate trap generation in SiO2/ Al2O3 n-MOSFET. Trap density has been scanned either in energy or in position based on charge-pumping (CP) measurements performed under different operating conditions in terms of amplitude and frequency of the gate pulse. Our results have revealed that the traps are meanly localized shallow in energy level, deeper in spatial position and they are mostly generated near the Si/SiO2 interface. (C) 2007 Elsevier Ltd.
