Nav īsti skaidrs kādiem ideoloģiskiem mērķiem seko Krievijas Federācija. Darbā tiks analizēta liberālisma ideoloģijas loma Krievijā 2000. – 2015. gados. Balstoties uz galvenajām liberālisma pazīmēm jāizpēta Krievijas valdības atbilstību šim pazīmēm. Darba gaitā tika izpētīta liberālisma ideoloģijas loma Krievijā no 2000. līdz 2015. gadam. Darbā tika analizēti teorētiski darbi par liberālismu. Tika analizēti notikumi Krievijas politiskajā dzīvē izmantojot gan dažādu apskatnieku grāmatas, gan interneta resursus. Analizējot Krievijas atbilstību/neatbilstību liberālisma pazīmēm tika izmantota aprakstoša metode, kā arī kvantitatīva pētījuma metode, kuras pamatā ir anketas un interneta aptaujas. …

Pašaizsargājošās demokrātijas principi Latvijas politiskajā sistēmā

Demokrātijas ievainojamība kļūst par aizvien aktuālāku globāla mēroga problemātiku. Pašaizsargājošās demokrātijas koncepts attīstīts kā risinājums tās apdraudējumam. Maģistra darba Pašaizsargājošās demokrātijas principi Latvijas politiskajā sistēmā mērķis ir izzināt valsts aizsardzības mehānismu, pētot likumdošanā iestrādātos principus un starptautiskās sadarbības lomu tajā. Teorētiskajā daļā ietverts pārskats par liberālo demokrātiju un pārmaiņām, attīstoties neliberālām tendencēm, kā arī skaidrots pašaizsargājošās demokrātijas koncepts. Abstract The extremely complex tumor microenvironment (TME) in humans is the major responsible for the therapeutic failure in cancer nanomedicine. A new concept of disease-driven nanomedicine, henceforth named “Theranomics”, which attempts to target cancer cells and TME on the whole, represents an attractive alternative. Herein, a nanomedicine able to co-deliver doxorubicin and a tumor suppressive proteolytic protein such as collagenase-2 was developed. Tamoxifen-loaded polymeric micelles: preparation, physico-chemical characterization and in vitro evaluation studies.

Several samples of polymeric micelles, formed by amphiphilic derivatives of PHEA, obtained by grafting into polymeric backbone of PEGs and/or hexadecylamine groups (PHEA-PEG-C(16) and PHEA-C(16)) and containing different amount of Tamoxifen, were prepared. All Tamoxifen-loaded polymeric micelles showed to increase drug water solubility. TEM studies provided evidence of the formation of supramolecular core/shell architectures containing drug, in the nanoscopic range and with spherical shape.
