Los bajos índices de consumo, los resultados de comprensión lectora de los alumnos y el reto que supone el nuevo contexto digital han provocado todo un debate en torno a la lectura y su promoción. Este artículo analiza las investigaciones publicadas entre 2000-2015 en revistas internacionales indexadas en Scopus y en WoS. Abstract We have limited understanding of why reviewers tend to strongly disagree when scoring the same research proposal. Thus far, research that explored disagreement has focused on the characteristics of the proposal or the applicants, while ignoring the characteristics of the reviewers themselves. This article aims to address this gap by exploring which reviewer characteristics most affect disagreement among reviewers. Intégrer des informations en escamots dans les textes techniques : quels effets sur les processus cognitifs ?

Though computerized sytems now offer a wide range of options for accessing and displaying text or text-picture information, little is known about their effects on the user's cognitive processes. In this paper, we investigate the effect of a computer-specific display (pop-up window) which consists in displaying some pieces of information in windows that appear only under user's action. Experiments were carried out to compare the pop-up window device with other devices used on paper. The experiments dealt with text only as well as text-picture documents and involved various tasks. Results are discussed from a theoretical and a practical point of view.

Abstract The economic growth and national competitiveness is closely correlated with the development of information society. In the last few years the role of public libraries has significantly increased and libraries have greatly contributed to the improvement of information society in Latvia. The usage of library services had never been as high as they were in 2011 – 42% of the population were active library users and 90% of them used the Internet. Nowadays, the public library network in Latvia provides a powerful network of information, knowledge and community centres and they are highly demanded by society.

Diplomdarbā “Interjera izveides nosacījumi mūsdienu publiskajā bibliotēkā”, analizējot pieejamo literatūru, tiek apskatīta publisko bibliotēku vēsturiskā attīstība un to interjeru veidojošie telpas dizaina aspekti un faktori, kā arī mūsdienu publiskās bibliotēkas sociālā loma un nozīme sabiedrības dzīvē. Empīriskajā daļā tiek veikts salīdzinošais pētījums, analizējot publisko bibliotēku interjerus, to atbilstība lietotāju dažādības vajadzībām. Diplomdarba apjoms – 99 lpp., kurās iekļauts ievads, 4 nodaļas, 4 apakšnodaļas, literatūras saraksts ar 60 vienībām, 4 pielikumi.
