Ce deuxième volet présente les manuscrits conservés dans les bibliothèques privées de l’historien Muḥammad Zabāra et du lettré ‘Abd al-Raḥmān Qādī, à Sanaa, ainsi que ceux de la Bibliothèque Apostolique Vaticane. Muḥsin Bā ‘Abbūd al-‘Alawī composa cinquante séances regroupées sous le titre Al-maqāmāt al-hindiyya ou Al-maqāmāt al-naẓariyya.
