Standardy profilaktyki zachowań ryzykownych wytyczają ramy jakości oddziaływań zapobiegawczych. Głównym celem wytyczania standardów jest maksymalizacja skuteczności zamierzeń profilaktycznych. Profilaktyka w środowisku otwartym i profilaktyka szkolna mają odmienne standardy, jednak głównymi założeniami wspólnymi dla obu praktyk jest obecność najważniejszych standardów - diagnozy oraz ewaluacji. The implementation of public policies by the local government is connocted with new forms of management. It is a set of actions based on principles that are one of many possible criteria for typology. The models built on this basis allow for comparison of local govermments in Western and Central-Eastern Europe. We gain a picture of differences and similarities in the implementation of own tasks, the approach to the problem of deconcentration and decentralization of power, and new management at the local level aimed at optimizing the effects of public policies.
