Ruthenium and iron sandwich complexes incorporating cyclopentadienyl analogs with CB2N2− skeletons were characterized. This paper introduces two general models for computing centiles when the response variable Y can take values between 0 and 1, inclusive of 0 or 1. The models developed are more flexible alternatives to the beta inflated distribution. The first proposed model employs a flexible four parameter logit skew Student t (logitSST) distribution to model the response variable Y on the unit interval (0, 1), excluding 0 and 1. The synthesis and spectroscopic and structural characterization of an extensive series of acyclic, monomeric tetrylene dichalcogenolates of formula M(ChAr)2 (M = Si, Ge, Sn, Pb; Ch = O, S, or Se; Ar = bulky m-terphenyl ligand, including two new acyclic silylenes) are described. School Psychologists' Ethical Strain and Rumination : Individual Profiles and Their Associations with Weekly Well-Being

We investigated school psychologists’ experiences of ethical strain (the frequency of ethical dilemmas at work and the stress caused by these dilemmas) and dilemma-related rumination outside working hours. Individual latent profiles were estimated at the study baseline based on these three dimensions. The psychologists’ weekly well-being (vigor, exhaustion, and sleep quality) was compared against their profile during the following three working weeks. Abstract The Sumdo complex is a Permian–Triassic eclogitic metamorphic belt in south-east Tibet, which marks the location of a suture zone that separates the northern and southern Lhasa terranes. An integrated geochronological and petrological study of a mafic eclogite from the complex has constrained its tectonometamorphic history and provides a case study of zircon growth in eclogite as a product of prograde dissolution–precipitation. In situ U–Pb geochronology indicates that the eclogite contains a single population of zircon with a crystallisation age of 273.6 ± 2.8 Ma. Tutkimuksessa selvitettiin koulupsykologien organisaatiokulttuurin eettisyyden yhteyttä heidän organisaatioon sitoutumiseensa ja työpaikanvaihtoaikeisiinsa. Huhtikuussa 2014 toteutettuun kyselytutkimukseen osallistui 270 koulupsykologia. Vastanneista valtaosa (94 %) oli naisia. Tutkielmassa tarkastellaan suomalaisten kohtuullistajien elämäntyyliä blogeissa. Aihe on ajankohtainen ja liikkuu useilla sosiologisesti kiinnostavilla alueilla. Tutkielmassa tarkastellaan kohtuullistajien kyseenalaistuksia suomalaista tai laajemmin länsimaista yhteiskuntaa kohtaan. Kohtuullistajat kritisoivat erityisesti materiaalista ja hektistä elämäntapaa. Aineistossa kyseenalaistetaan valtavirtaiset kulutus- ja aikakäytännöt.
