La destacada actividad artística de Enric Mestre (Alboraya / Valencia, 1936) solo pude abordarse, en su compleja diversidad y riqueza, si se mantiene, como eje metodológico básico de su estudio crítico, el abierto enfoque de su sistemática interdisciplinariedad. Los diálogos e intercambios entre la escultura cerámica, la arquitectura, la pintura, el dibujo y los murales conforman precisamente el ámbito plural de su constante quehacer artístico. Glycaemic variability and inflammation in subjects with metabolic syndrome.

Subjects who develop diabetes have an increased cardiovascular risk even before the appearance of diabetes. The aim of this study was to investigate the glycaemic variability measured by continuous glucose monitoring (CGM CV%) in nondiabetic subjects with metabolic syndrome (MS) and to explore if glycaemic variability was associated with circulating levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6), a proinflammatory cytokine, or with an anti-inflammatory factor like adiponectin. BACKGROUND It has not been fully elucidated whether microalbuminuria (MAU) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsCRP) are associated with aortic distensibility independently of each other. Our study was aimed to evaluate the independent relationships of urinary albumin excretion rate (AER) and hsCRP with aortic stiffness in hypertensive patients. METHODS We enrolled 140 untreated nondiabetic essential hypertensives (mean age: 48 +/- 12 years). In all subjects, 24-hour AER and plasma levels of hsCRP were determined by immunoenzymatic assay. This paper starts by investigating the Aristotelian roots of Heidegger’s stance toward animal life from 1924 lecture course “Basic concepts of Aristotelian philosophy” to 1929/30 lecture course “The fundamental concepts of Metaphysics”. In following Aristotle, Heidegger displays the ontological transition from life to existence as grounded to the peculiar linguistic ability of human beings. In doing that, both Heidegger and Aristotle seem to establish a connection between an existential faculty (logos) and the apparently dominant position occupied by our species. [EN]: The present study carries out a bibliometric analysis of Annual Review of Legal Psychology from 1991 to 2019. Data were collected from a database that allows for the analysis of authors, institutions, countries, gender, topics, and impact. The results enable us to observe gender discrepancies among authors, with a a higher frequency of women (50.2%), and the number of signatures (53.7% men). Over the years there is an increase in the number of authors and signatures, of co-authorship, a higher presence of international signatures, representing 23.5% between 2011 and 2019. Amb l’objectiu de solucionar diversos problemes que sorgiren en la posada en practica d’una experiencia d’innovacio basada en la creacio d’una blogosfera, es porta a terme una investigacio educativa i qualitativa a partir de la col·laboracio docent i de les opinions de l’alumnat. A mes dels aspectes positius, es detectaren dificultats amb la gestio del treball en equipo i de familiaritzacio amb la ferramenta a les que els propis estudiants proposaren diverses solucions. Abordar aquesta circumstancia de forma col·laborativa i donant veu a l’alumnat ha permes que l’experiencia concloguera exitosament, resultant ser una bona practica educativa.
