Celem artykułu jest dokonanie i przedstawienie oceny wiarygodności internetowych serwisów wybranych polskich wyższych uczelni niepublicznych. Koncepcja, metody badań: Sięgając do definicji terminów związanych z pojęciem wiarygodność odniesiono je do serwisów internetowych. Na tej podstawie stworzono konceptualne ramy oceny wiarygodności dla takich serwisów. Evaluating the impact of public subsidies on a firm's performance : a two-stage quasi-experimental approach

In this paper we evaluate the effectiveness of regional R&D public programs in Catalonia (Spain) with a two-stage procedure. Firstly, we compare the performance of publicly subsidised companies (treated) with that of similar, but unsubsidised companies (non-treated). We use the Propensity Score Matching (PSM) methodology to construct a control group which, with regard to its observable characteristics, is as similar as possible to the treated group, and that allows us to identify firms which maintain the same propensity to receive public subsidies. The notion of eudaimonistic evaluation in Martha Nussbaum’s cognitive theory of emotions

RESUMEN: En este artículo se presenta la evaluación eudaimonista como una articulación entre el agente y los objetos del mundo. Sostendremos que, gracias a esta noción, la teoría de las emociones de Nussbaum es adecuada para dar cuenta de la función adaptativa de las emociones, por lo que las teorías no cognitivas no resultarían superiores en este aspecto. Esta noción serviría, asimismo, para no dejar de lado los aspectos cognitivos de la emoción. Veremos cómo las ideas de Nussbaum se basan en las de las teorías evaluativas provenientes de la psicología, para después desplegar su propuesta en detalle.
