In this article we considere the reasons for evaluating the educational system. The quality of education is a preoccupation of the governments, specially in time of crisis and of educational reforms and this quality needs and evaluation of all the educational system. In Spain the National Institute of Quality and Evaluation has been recently created in order to carry out this evaluation. We reflect about the subject and also about the methods and the agents of this evaluation. We ask for a democratic and cooperative evaluation.
What drives travelers' adoption of user-generated content? : A literature review

User-generated content (UGC) has become an important part of travel planning, as travelers evaluate travel products based on past reviews. However, different factors account for why tourists utilize UGC. The aim of this study is to review extant studies on UGC to identify the antecedents of UGC utilization for travel planning and the theories, models, and frameworks used in these studies. A total of 54 studies from 2005 to 2016 were found. This study found that UGC adoption is determined by attributes relating to the user, the source, the content, and response variables. Od wielu lat ślimaki lądowe rodzaju Helicidae pełnią rolę luksusowego surowca spożywczego. Ich spożycie oscylujące wokół 40 tysięcy ton rocznie co dało początek idei hodowli fermowych ślimaków lądowych. Pojawił się również pomysł wykorzystania ich wydzieliny w produktach kosmetycznych o działaniu leczniczo-upiększającym. Śluz ze ślimaka wykazuje, m.in. właściwości: regenerujące, ochronne, przeciwzapalne, nawilżające, zwiększające elastyczność skóry. Social virtual reality (SVR) enables teams to operate in a virtual environment that simulates and enhances real-world interactions. However, there is an absence of empirical analysis of how SVR can affect the performance of virtual teams. This paper documents how SVR affects the formation of team cohesion (i.e., task cohesion and social cohesion), which is a critical success factor for team performance. To address this gap in the research, we conducted a qualitative study by interviewing 20 members from virtual teams assigned to perform a challenging collaborative task in SVR. This study explores the post-COVID-19 branding strategies of four award-winning African destinations (South Africa, Kenya, Morocco, and Mauritius) and how they utilize social media to communicate their destination brand identities. This article presents the conditions of creating a system for implementing recommendations from evaluation studies which were conducted within the cohesion policy in Poland.
