Tässä pro gradu -tutkielmassa tarkasteltiin, millaisia osallistumisen tapoja potilaat käyttivät psykologisia käsitteitä sisältävissä keskustelujaksoissa psykologisten tutkimusten palautekeskusteluissa. Toisena kiinnostuksen kohteena oli potilaiden ja psykologien itse arvioima palautteen ymmärrettävyys. The thesis explores bilingual adolescents’ language use, linguistic resources, and language practices in interaction at three junior high schools in Haparanda, a Swedish town on the country’s northeastern border with Finland. A comparison is also made with interaction among bilingual adolescents at two Sweden-Finnish junior high schools in Stockholm and at one Swedish-speaking junior high school in Helsinki. Abstract A technique by which drug access was restricted to either the mucosal or the adventitial surface of tracheal rings, isolated from normal (unsensitized) or sensitized guinea-pigs, was used to study the role of the epithelium in the relaxation produced by calcium antagonists (verapamil, nifedipine, cinnarizine and flunarizine) of K+-induced contraction. In trachea from normal guinea-pigs, the relaxation to verapamil for unrestricted or mucosal drug entry was reduced in the absence of epithelium, whereas the relaxation produced by nifedipine, cinnarizine or flunarizine was unchanged. Ticlopidine in the Treatment of Multiple Atherosclerotic Arteriopathy: a Strain Gauge Plethysmography and Döppler Spectrum Analysis Evaluation

The effect of ticlopidine was compared with flunarizine in patients with iliac–femoral and / or femoral–popliteal arteriosclerotic arteriopathy accompanied by lesions of the cervical arteries of no haemodynamic significance. In the lower limbs, plethysmography (strain gauge measurements) and Döppler ultrasonography integrated by spectral analysis of the cervical arteries showed qualitative and quantitative improvements of the regional haematic flow. Side-effects were negligible which suggests that ticlopidine is useful in the treatment of multiple arteriosclerotic arteriopathy.

In comparison with other operative procedures, the history of meniscal-surgery offers some particular differences. Over a long period of time injuries of the semilunar-cartilages of the knee-joint were not generally recognised. In the 18th century only was the clinical picture roughly outlined. There is evidence, that parts of the meniscus were removed much earlier than we have historic proof of. These meniscal fragments were generally mistaken for "loose bodies" in the joints, not knowing the exact etiology.
