In this paper we present the theoretical foundations and the simulation results obtained with a new dynamic general equilibrium model developed at the Banco de España for the Spanish economy and the rest of Euro area. The model is designed to help in simulating the effect of alternative shocks on the main aggregate variables. The main contributions of this work from a theoretical perspective are the modelling of a monetary union composed of two regions, the inclusion of housing as a durable good with its own sector of production and the degree and detail of the disaggregation considered for each country in the model, which replicates the Quarterly National Accounts. During the year 2017, a research work was carried out at the Department of laboratory diagnostics - Toxicology and Biochemistry U.O.S. of ASP 6 in Palermo. The purpose of this investigation was to perform a second level analysis in order to look for abuse drugs. The sample used consisted of 73 serum tubes, which had previously tested positive for screen- ing tests. The result of the analysis of these samples revealed a false positivity in most cases. From the information gathered through the sampling reports, it appears that the age group with several drivers, who are subject to checks by the traffic police, is the one from 17 to 30 years, with 35 samples analysed (48%). This paper presents a detailed analysis of the use of a novel Harmonic Mitigation algorithm for Cascaded H-Bridge Multilevel Inverter in electrical drives for the transportation field. For this purpose, an enhanced mathematical model of Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (IPMSM), that takes into account simultaneously saturation, cross-coupling, spatial harmonics, and iron loss effects, has been used. Aizcietējums ir zarnu trakta traucējums, kas raksturojas ar vēdera izeju retāku par trim reizēm nedēļā. Aizcietējuma laikā novērojami nepatīkami simptomi, kas būtiski traucē dzīves kvalitātei. Maģistra darba mērķis ir analizēt caurejas līdzekļu aprites datus par diviem gadiem un, izmantojot anketēšanas metodi, analizēt iegūtos datus par caurejas līdzekļu lietošanu. Aprites dati parāda, ka visvairāk pārdotie sintētiskie caurejas līdzekļi ir makrogols, Fortrans (osmotiskie caurejas līdzekļi) un bisakodils (stimulējošais caurejas līdzeklis). No augu izcelsmes līdzekļiem visvairāk pārdotie bija sennu saturošie līdzekļi, arī pēc aptaujas datiem sennas preparāti atzīmēti biežāk, no sintētiskajiem…
