Il Mastro di Campo di Mezzojuso è una performance carnevalesca tradizionale che presenta un articolato simbolismo rituale riconducibile al pattern delle cerimonie di capodanno. In particolare si osservano il tema della ierogamia e della lotta rituale come elementi di promozione della fecondità. The study takes up the subject of the history of the Catholic community living in the town of Olesno and the surrounding villages, belonging to the Olesno parish. Thanks to the marriage records in Polish language from 1819-1829, preserved in the National Archives in Opole, it is possible to present using statistical methods: how many weddings took place in the parish in particular months of the year, what day of the week was most often chosen for a wedding, what was the marital status of the newlyweds, their age at the time of marriage, along with their social and geographical origin. The publication of Amoris laetitia initiated numerous discussions in the circles of theologians who focus on the question of the possibility of sacraments for remarried divorced couples. One of the fundamental theological questions in reference to marriage is the problem of the indissolubility. Abstract: Objective. To carry out a study about family alienation practices and the extent to which they affect minors as they are exposed to such practices. Methodology. A qualitative research approach is used. In order to conduct this research, a case study made up of five families who attend the Specialised Family and Infancy Service in Spain was carried out. Results and conclusions. The obtained results revealed the high degree of effect on the family members who made up the sample due to the conflicts that legal separation or divorce procedures cause. This study investigates the influence of the European Human Rights Court on State 'margin of appreciation' on the diffusion of accepted or rejected cultural and political choices through the jurisprudence of the case-law. The margin of appreciation is aninterpretative argument, a criterion, a parameter, which allows the Court to preserve rather than censure national State policies and choices on difficult issues which, involving moral and ethical questions, and which do not receive common answers in the ,European legal systems.
