El presente estudio pretende resolver la controversia en torno a la identidad y procedencia del poeta Filóxeno, célebre ditirambógrafo del siglo V-IV a.C. Para ello, hemos recopilado todos los testimonios que citan a personajes con el nombre de Filóxeno desde la primera mención de Aristófanes. La investigación ha revelado que existen varios individuos con el mismo nombre y rasgos comunes. No obstante, el examen de estos testimonios revela la existencia de un único autor de ditirambos: Filóxeno de Citera. Pandemia y reformas procesales: la incidencia del COVID-19 en el proceso labora

Uno de los efectos de la declaración del estado de alarma por el COVID-19 fue la suspensión de las actividades judiciales. La reanudación de estas actividades implicaba una serie de nuevos retos (acumulación de trabajo; incremento de la litigiosidad; adopción de medidas de seguridad y salud). El RDL 16/2020, de 28 de abril, afrontó algunos de estos retos e introdujo modificaciones tanto en el desarrollo de la actividad judicial, como en la organización de sus recursos. Este trabajo trata de sistematizar tales medidas desde una perspectiva crítica.
Skolen som reformasjonsprosjekt i Norge på 1500–tallet

Artikkelen undersøker latinskolens utvikling i Norge de første 70 årene etter innføringen av reformasjonen. Brudd og kontinuitet med middelalderskolen drøftes. Skiftet av styringsstruktur fra kirken til kongen og embetsverket fremheves som det største bruddet. Til tross for at latinskolen var den viktigste presteutdanningsinstitusjonen på 1500–tallet, ble den ikke en ren kirkeskole. Jeg argumenterer mot oppfatninger om at skolen forandret seg lite, og at reformasjonen virket negativt inn på den. Tvert om viser jeg at latinskolene ble utbygd og fikk stor betydning for implementeringen av selve trosskiftet. Jeg argumenterer også for at skolene i Norge kunne være tjent med sentralstyringen.

Kopš pandēmijas sākuma ir ievērojami palielinājies to Latvijas ģimeņu skaits, kas izvēlas mājmācību kā savu bērnu izglītības modeli. Tā kā mājmācība nav Latvijā dominējošā izglītības forma, šis bakalaura darbs ir tapis ar mērķi noskaidrot, kādēļ izvēle par labu šim izglītības modelim tiek pieņemta. Darbs atklāj arī to, kā mājmācību praktizējošu ģimeņu ikdienā apvienojas vecāku un skolotāju lomas, kādēļ vecākiem ir svarīgi būt savu bērnu izglītotājiem, kā arī Latvijā pastāvošā regulējuma iespaidu uz šīm ģimenēm. Papildus tam, darbā atrodams arī mājmācības vecāku viedoklis par šīs izglītības formas ieguvumiem, izaicinājumiem un kā nepieciešamajām, tā jau pastāvošajām atbalsta struktūrām.
The use of pumice lightweight concrete for masonry applications

In the last two decades, the use of pumice as lightweight aggregate for concrete in structural applications has been the object of different studies. The aim was to find out if pumice can be an alternative to ordinary lightweight aggregate. The present paper is framed in this context. Here, a study is presented showing the use of pumice for making lightweight concrete units for masonry members. Through the paper, the formulation of a mix design for lightweight concrete is proposed.
