Realizing the social acceptance of community renewable energy: A process-outcome analysis of stakeholder influence

This study shows how stakeholders influence the development of community renewable energy (CRE) schemes and how they are influenced by their outcome. It relies on information collected during 41 structured interviews with local people involved in CRE initiatives in seven regions of Europe. The interviews were thematically analyzed to identify different types of stakeholder influence. The findings show that stakeholder influence on CRE schemes take place at three distinct levels: macro, intercommunity and intracommunity. The last excavation (2004-2006) in the eastern necropolis of Polizzello (CL) allowed to complete the excavation of this important funerary area and to discover a grave (No 2/2004) containing over 100 dead children. It represents a privileged observatory for the study of childhood in the indigenous world of Sicily. The structure of the tomb, the relative and absolute chronology, the composition of the kit with its symbolic value and the mode of deposition of the buried are analyzed, thanks to the data of the stratigraphic excavation. A two-phase insertion technique of unexpected customers for a dynamic dial-a-ride problem

Abstract This work deals with a dynamic dial-a-ride problem with time window constraints. In particular, new unplanned requests for service may arise at a vehicle stop and the driver must decide in real-time whether to accept or reject them. For this problem, we have developed a two-phase insertion algorithm based on route perturbations: the first phase, which is run off-line when the vehicle moves between two successive stops, aims at creating a feasible neighborhood of the current route; while the second phase, which is run in real-time every time a new request occurs, inserts, when possible, the delivery stop of the new customer in the current route.

En este artículo analizamos las luchas epistemológicas y retos que ha tenido el movimiento social en la subcuenca del río Grande frente a los diversos proyectos modernizadores que intentan transferir el agua rural hacia la ciudad de Málaga. El primero asociado a la construcción de un gran embalse y el segundo con la modernización de los sistemas de riego tradicionales. Tutkimuksen tavoitteena on selvittää millaisin diskurssein eli äänenpainoin lehdet kertovat Zimbabwen tapahtumista. Kehitysmaajournalismia on tutkittu viime vuosina monesta näkökulmasta, mutta tutkimusta, jossa olisi vertailtu kehitysmaan ja länsimedian uutisointia, ei juurikaan ole tehty.
