Tässä kyselytutkimuksessa (N=1000) selvitettiin koronavirusepidemiasta johtuvien rajoitusten vaikutusta työikäisten (18-65 vuotta) suomalaisten kuluttajien käyttäytymiseen arjessa sekä koronarajoitusten vaikutusta heidän taloudelliseen tilanteeseensa ja koettuun hyvinvointiin. Lisäksi tutkittiin kuluttajien arviota kulutuksesta rajoitusten purkaannuttua. Tutkimustuloksista käy ilmi, että valtaosa vastaajista koki koronarajoitukset tarpeellisiksi. Vain harvat ajattelivat, että arkea rajoittavista määräyksistä, kuten kauppojen ja palvelujen aukiolojen rajoituksista tai liikkumisrajoituksista oli suurta haittaa. The availability of experimental information on solid distribution inside stirred tanks is a topic of great importance in several industrial applications. The measurement of solid particle distribution in turbulent multiphase flow is not simple and the development of suitable measurement techniques is still in progress. In this work a novel non-intrusive technique for measuring particle concentration fields in solid-liquid systems is employed. The technique makes use of a laser sheet, a high sensitivity digital camera for image acquisition and a Matlab procedure for post-processing the acquired images. Archaeological surveys by test trenching and two preventive excavations of the Institut national de recherches archéologiques préventives (Inrap) in 2001 and 2008 preceding the construction of a housing area in Rurange-lès-Thionville (Lorraine, Moselle) allowed documenting and investigating a Gallo-Roman farmstead of modest size. This farmstead, covering a total surface of more than 7000 m², was composed of different buildings typical for a Gallo-Roman agricultural exploitation. The introduction of the DNA into mammalian cells remains a challenge in gene delivery, particularly in vivo. Viral vectors are unmatched in their efficiency for gene delivery, but may trigger immune responses and cause severe side-reactions. Non-viral vectors are much less efficient. Recently, our group has suggested that a star-shaped structure improves and even transforms the gene delivery capability of synthetic polycations.
