Scientific and technological approaches for sintering and joining of metallic materials by SPS

The flash sintering technique (commonly known as spark plasma sintering, SPS) generates a craze worldwide. This process allows a powder densification from speeds generally 10 to 100 times higher than those of the traditional sintering techniques. In addition, this allows the synthesis of innovative and original dense materials, with a controlled microstructure, complex shapes and, sometimes large sizes. However, the control of scaling and microstructure homogeneity of parts obtained by such a process requires a perfect knowledge of technical equipment including flash sintering to reduce thermal gradients. Abstract Foodstuff is usually contaminated by more than one mycotoxin, however toxicological data are lacking as regards the effects in combinations compared to their individual effect. This study investigated the in vitro effects of enniatins (ENs) A, A1, B and B1, alone and in combinations, on Caco-2 cells viability by MTT assay after 24 h of exposure. The enniatins (EN) are bioactive compounds of hexadepsipeptidic structure produced by several strains of Fusarium spp. The enniatin J3 (EN J3) was purified from extracts of Fusarium solani growth on solid medium of kamut, using semipreparative liquid chromatography (LC) followed by an analytical LC. The purity and the structure of the isolated compound were confirmed by electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry study-linear ion trap (ESI-MS-LIT). Isolation and purification of enniatins A, A1, B, B1, produced by Fusarium tricinctum in solid culture, and cytotoxicity effects on Caco-2 cells

Enniatins (ENs) are antibiotic compounds of hexadepsipeptidic structure produced by several strains of Fusarium spp. The ENs A, A(1), B, B-1 were purified from extracts of Fusarium tricinctum grown on a solid medium of corn, by a low pressure liquid chromatography (LPLC) on reverse phase of Amberlite XAD-7 followed by semipreparative LC. The purity and the structure of the isolated compounds were confirmed by LC-MS/MS. The technique of the purification of the fungal extract enabled complete separation of the ENs A, A(1), B, B-1 with a mean purity of 97% for all the compounds. This encompasses the 2G circuit-switched GSM system, the 2.5G packet-switched GPRS system, the 3G UMTS system and the 4G LTE/LTE-A system. In fact, both IGF-1 and IL6-like cytokines induce hypertrophic and antiapoptotic signals in cardiomyocytes through PI3K-dependent Akt activation.
