Droga Einharta prowadzi przez instytucje sztuki, wówczas napiętnowane przez konflikt pomiędzy wykształceniem akademickim artysty a jego kreatywną wolnością. Poniższy tekst koncentruje się na osadzeniu tego napięcia w ramach historycznych. W dalszej części przedstawione zostaną powiązania głównego bohatera z zaprzyjaźnionym z Carlem Hauptmannem malarzem – Otto Muellerem.
Inverse problems for $p$-Laplace type equations under monotonicity assumptions

We consider inverse problems for $p$-Laplace type equations under monotonicity assumptions. In two dimensions, we show that any two conductivities satisfying $\sigma_1 \geq \sigma_2$ and having the same nonlinear Dirichlet-to-Neumann map must be identical. The proof is based on a monotonicity inequality and the unique continuation principle for $p$-Laplace type equations. In higher dimensions, where unique continuation is not known, we obtain a similar result for conductivities close to constant.
Analytic $JV$ -Characteristics of Ideal Intermediate Band Solar Cells and Solar Cells With Up and Downconverters

The ideal diode equation is regularly used to describe the $\textit {JV}$ -characteristic of single junction solar cells. The connection between the diode equation and fundamental physics is the application of the Boltzmann approximation to describe the fluxes of photons emitted by the cell. In this paper, this approximation is used to derive analytic $\textit {JV}$ -characteristics for three photovoltaic high-efficiency concepts, intermediate band solar cells, and solar cells optically coupled to up and downconverters. Abstract. The asymmetric vinylogous Mannich reaction (AVMR) of alfa,alfa-dicyanoalkenes with alfa-fluoroalkyl sulfinyl imines has been successfully accomplished. This transformation is unprecedented with fluorinated imines at the same time as the use of dicyanoalkenes in AVMR has been scarcely reported. Several fluorinated sulfinyl imines are compatible with the process, which gaves access to a family of chiral fluorinated amines with excellent level of stereocontrol. Organocatalytic Asymmetric Synthesis of 2,3′-Connected Bis-Indolinones by Mannich Reactions of N-Acetylindolin-3-ones with Isatin N-Boc Ketimines

A highly diastereo- and enantioselective Mannich reaction of N-acetylindolin-3-ones with isatin N-Boc ketimines to form 2,3′-connected bis-indolinones is developed employing a low loading of a readily available bifunctional thiourea catalyst. The asymmetric synthesis connects two indolinones via a vic-diamine unit and generates two neighboring stereocenters.

This study contributes to understanding how historical and anthropogenic factors shape the distribution of current genetic diversity in one of the most endangered reptiles in Western Europe, the Hermann's tortoise Testudo hermanni hermanni.
