Se ha analizado la contribución de los diferentes subtipos de adrenoceptores (AR) β (β1, β2 β3) en la vasodilatación, determinando su localización en las diferentes células vasculares y evaluando la implicación de las vías de señalización adenilato ciclasa (AC)/AMPc/PKA y/o NO/guanilato ciclasa soluble (GCs)/GMPc, en dos lechos vasculares representantes de: los vasos de resistencia, como la arteria mesentérica de resistencia (A.M.R.) de rata, y de conductancia, como la aorta de rata. Fixed point results for $GP_(Λ,Θ)$-contractive mappings

In this paper, we introduce new notions of GP-metric space and $GP_(Λ,Θ)$-contractive mapping and then prove some fixed point theorems for this class of mappings. Our results extend and generalized Banach contraction principle to GP-metric spaces. An example shows the usefulness of our results.

Macroautophagy is a degradative pathway that sequesters and transports cytosolic cargo in autophagosomes to lysosomes, and its deterioration affects intracellular proteostasis. Membrane dynamics accompanying autophagy are mostly elusive and depend on trafficking processes. RAB GTPase activating proteins (RABGAPs) are important factors for the coordination of cellular vesicle transport systems, and several TBC (TRE2-BUB2-CDC16) domain-containing RABGAPs are associated with autophagy. We prove the existence of solutions, in weak sense, defining an appropriate Nemitsky map for the nonlinearity. Gauss maps on canal hypersurfaces of generic curves in R4

Abstract We analyze the generic behavior of the Gauss map in a special case provided by the canal 3-manifolds of curves generically immersed in R 4 and obtain geometrical characterizations for its singularities. We also study the geometrical properties of their corresponding parabolic surfaces, considered as surfaces immersed in R 4 .

A Comparative Study of Different Methods of Yeast Strain Characterization

Summary An extensive survey of different methods of yeast strain identification (classical microbiological tests, whole-cell protein electrophoresis, chromosomal patterns, DNA hybridization and mitochondrial DNA restriction analysis) has been carried out in order to differentiate, with industrial purposes, strains present in the Alicante wine ecosystem. Only chromosomal patterns and mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) restriction analysis show differences between strains. Both techniques are very complex to be used in bio technological industries. For this reason, we have developed a new, simple, unexpensive and rapid method based on mtDNA restriction analysis.
