This paper aims to formulate the three-dimensional (3D) problem of non-local elasticity in terms of fractional differential operators. The non-local continuum is framed in the context of the mechanically based non-local elasticity established by the authors in a previous study; Non-local interactions are expressed in terms of central body forces depending on the relative displacement between non-adjacent volume elements as well as on the product of interacting volumes. Riella affinis Howe & Underwood is a rare species that is thus far known from eight populations worldwide. Only half of these were recorded in the last 50 years and none were recollected since first reported. Study of a Spanish population of R. cossoniana Trab., recorded in 2002 from Las Lomas, Malaga province, revealed that it belongs to R. affinis. The correct identity of the populations, which had not been available for study, was already suggested by reproductive and ecological characteristics of the plants mentioned in the original publication. Subcontracting is a common practice in road transport, especially in parcel transport operations. Parcel transport is defined as the collection and distribution of shipments of less than three tons. Deliveries and pick-up rounds in urban areas present some specificities (such as difficult traffic and parking situations) which contribute in the high the use of subcontracting within the parcel transport sector. Sub-contracting allows parcel carriers to minimize the costs of urban trips and to provide a flexible and cost-efficient service to shippers. [EN] Riella (Riellaceae, Sphaerocarpales) is a genus of aquatic liverworts with a disjunct worldwide distribution in areas of seasonal Mediterranean-type climates. Its centre of diversity is located in the Mediterranean basin, where about half the species number of the genus is concentrated. In the course of a worldwide revision of the genus Riella, plants from a monoicous species with wingless, not papillose and smooth involucres were found in two distant Iberian localities. These plants showed a geminate dorsal wing, unlike the single wing occurring in the remaining species of the genus. It includes new records and confirmations for the bryophyte genera Barbula, Fissidens, Gymnostomum, Jungermannia, Riccia, and Scapania, the fungal genera Hyalopsora and Urocystis and the lichen genera Arthothelium, Chaenotheca, Lepraria, Lobaria, Miriquidica, Parmelia, Rinodina, Solenopsora, Thelopsis and Xanthoparmelia.
