Battle of Kosovo field in 1389 – legendary battle of Balkan Middle Ages

The main goal of this paper is the examine the circumstances of the Kosovo battle in 1389. Fundamental difficulty in describing this battle results from the fact that there was no separate chronicler. Moreover, the description of the battle of Kosovo field is based only on fragmentary information transmitted by Serbian, Bosnian, Turkish or Byzantine chroniclers. The author of this article proposed a thesis that battle of Kosovo field contributed to development of both Ottoman and Serbian art of warfare. The chapter examines the juridical construction of working woman in Italian cities during the medieval to modern period. In fact, the world of work and production had been generally thought by medieval and early modern jurists to be a sphere best left to self-regulation by the interested parties, an autonomous field, if not quite extraneous to the grand systems of Roman and canon law. Ścisły związek pomiędzy średniowiecznym rycerstwem a kulturą monastyczną najczęściej kojarzony jest z powstaniem zakonów rycerskich. Wpływ duchowości i religijności chrześcijańskiej na kształtowanie wizerunku doskonałego rycerza znajduje swoje w rozlicznych tekstach literackich, także tych, tworzonych do celów politycznych. The Battle of Civitate in 1053 was the clash of two worlds. On the one hand, the people of Italy, who defended the old status quo, led by Pope Leo IX. These descendants of the Lombards and the ancient Romans, stand in front of the descendants of the Danes and Norwegians, who earlier created state later called Normandy. The Normans were the new factor, which disrupted the fragile balance of forces in the Mezzogiorno, between the world of Latin, the Greeks, and Islam.
