An in situ forming hydrogel obtained by crosslinking of amino functionalized hyaluronic acid derivatives with divinylsulfone functionalized inulin (INU-DV) has been here designed and characterized. In particular two hyaluronic acid derivatives bearing respectively a pendant ethylenediamino (EDA) portion (HA-EDA) and both EDA and octadecyl pendant groups (HA-EDA-C18) were crosslinked through an azo-Michael reaction with INU-DV. Gelation time and consumption of DV portions have been evaluated on hydrogel obtained using HA-EDA and HA-EDA-C18 derivatives with a concentration of 3% w/v and a ratio 80/20 w/w respect to the crosslinker INU-DV. Reactions of 3-vinylindole derivatives with dienophiles

Reactions of 3-(1-cyclohexenyl)-1,2-dimethylindole (1a) and the 1,2-dihydrocarbazole 1b with some carbo- and heterodienophiles are described. Thus, compound 1a reacts to give ene, Michael-type, and Diels-Alder adducts, depending on the dienophile and reaction conditions. The 3-vinylindole 1b reacts with 4-phenyl-1,2,4-triazoline-3,5-dione or N-phenylmaleimide in a dehydrogenative reaction to yield the fully aromatized carbazole 8.

The mechanism of the double intramolecular hetero-Michael addition, a key reaction in the planned synthesis of the natural product calyculin C, has been studied by NMR. El presente trabajo aborda el estudio de las imágenes de los ángeles militares en los virreinatos americanos y su interpretación a partir de la función cultural de las imágenes. Para ello se analizan las distintas tipologías visuales del arcángel san Miguel en el virreinato de Nueva España y su uso regiopolítico, la definición beligerante del resto de ángeles en la tradición teológica y la imagen de los conocidos como arcángeles arcabuceros. Michele Vella, sculptor and antiquarian of Agrigento, born in nearby Raffadali, is known through chronicles and accounts of foreign travelers who visited "the city of temples" duringin the last few decades of the eighteenth century. Prior to devote himself to the study of ancient Agrigento and to become a "guide" of famous visitors, such as Goethe, he began to develop a treatise on architecture dedicated in 1766 to the bishop Andrea Lucchesi Palli. The unfinished manuscript titled Vari Componimenti d'Architettura is now located at the Library Lucchesiana of Agrigento.
