Teoriat muuttuvat paitsi aikaa myös paikkaa myöten. Kirjassa tutkitaan eurooppalaisen, varsinkin ranskalaisen teorian Atlantin ylityksiä. Pro gradu –tutkielma käsittelee 1990-luvun liikkeenjohtoajattelua ja foucault’laista valtakäsitystä sekä hallinnoimisen teemaa. Tutkielman aineisto koostuu Yritystalouslehden artikkeleista vuosilta 1990–1999. Lopulliseen aineistoanalyysiin on valikoitunut 20 henkilöstöjohtamisen aluetta käsittelevää artikkelia. Tutkimus on tekstianalyysia. Tarkastelun kohteena on se, mistä tutkimusaineistossa puhutaan ja minkälaiseksi liikkeenjohtamisen tehtävät ja kohteet aineistossa käsitetään. The memory of hundreds gone buildings is preserved by few photographic images. Perspective restitution with digital representation tools can be used today to reconstruct these buildings directly in 3D space. Digital representation has overcome many limitations that affected perspective restitution in the pre-digital era. In this paper the inner space of the church of San Michele in Trapani, destroyed at the end of the 50’, is reconstructed with the aid of three period photographic images. A partir del pensamiento de Michel Foucault y Giorgio Agamben en torno a la arqueología y la genealogía, se plantea cómo enfocar el estudio del derecho en lo no-dicho como aquel saber sometido y no tematizado. Se trata de acudir a la intersección de saberes eruditos y saberes descalificados por la jerarquía epistémica con la intención no tanto de explicar como de implicar.

This article focuses on Foucault’s and Agamben’s readings of Augustine’s account of human nature and original sin. Foucault’s analysis of Augustine’s account of sexual acts in paradise, subordinated to will and devoid of lust, highlights the way it constitutes the model for the married couple, whose sexual acts are only acceptable if diverted by the will away from desire and towards the tasks of procreation.
