What if the act of bathing patients was more important than a simple act of basic care? Information and communication sciences enable an analysis rich in signifi cations to be carried out, while unveiling new dimensions of understanding. Those of sensation, sensitivity and the symbolic dimension give back to this act of nursing care a real importance in the fi eld of the relationship. Giving meaning to practices means revealing new inter-relational areas to the benefi t of the patient.

Pharmaciens et coordination des soins primaires en France : quels enjeux ?

Multi-professional coordination is a strong axis of the reorganization of primary care in France. While this coordination concerns a priori all health professionals, some of them actually are still marginally involved. This article examines the challenges of integrating pharmacists into primary care in France. On the one hand, it is based on an analysis of experiments carried out in other health systems, and on their evaluations. On the other hand, it develops an initial reflection on the levers and obstacles that could explain in France, the poor integration of pharmacists but also on the challenges of a stronger presence of these professionals in the coordination of primary care.

Apple tree bloom onset in Germany has advanced by 2 days/decade in 1951-2014 and by 3 days/decade in 1988-2014, behaving similarly in respect to its evolution since 1951 and its sensitivity to temperature to other species’ phenological spring phases. The evolution however was not linear; by conducting a split moving-window dissimilarity analysis (SMWDA) we were able to detect the “break-period” 1987-1989 which coincides with a breakpoint that has been identified in the phases of the North Atlantic Oscillation (NAO). Le repérage des patients en situation de précarité par les médecins généralistes

Cette étude se propose d’étudier la concordance entre un repérage de la précarité effectué spontanément par les médecins généralistes et un repérage effectué par le score EPICES (évaluation de la précarité et des inégalités de santé dans les centres d’examens de santé), développé et validé dans les centres d’examens de santé.Les 32 médecins généralistes ont permis d’inclure 207 patients dans l’étude. Le coefficient de concordance Kappa de Cohen était de 0,404, soit une corrélation faible à modérée.L’étude des variables associées à la concordance de ce repérage n’a permis de dégager aucune variable significativement associée à la concordance après une analyse multivariée.Pour conclure, le re…

Maģistra darba mērķis ir izvērtēt Āfrikas Savienības (ĀS) nozīmi miera un drošības uzturēšanā, darba sākumā izvirzot apgalvojumu, ka ĀS lielākie izaicinājumi miera uzturēšanā un konfliktu risināšanā ir nespēja nodrošināt nepieciešamo resursu mobilizāciju un spēku ģenerēšanu. Darba teorētiskajā ietvarā tiek aplūkoti miera uzturēšanas un konfliktu pārvaldības principi, kā arī reģionālo organizāciju loma miera uzturēšanā. Darba tālākajā gaitā tiek aplūkoti drošības izaicinājumi Āfrikā, ĀS izveides vēsturiskais konteksts un tās galvenie darbības principi un miera uzturēšanas un konfliktu pārvaldības instrumenti.
