Darbā “Fantāzijas tēlu grafiskā interpretācija tekstilā” tiek pētīts fantāzijas tēls, tā interpretācijas tekstilā, grafiskā izpildījumā. Izzinātas grafiskās variācijas vēsturiskā aspektā, kā arī veidots ieskats mitoloģijā kā vienā no fantāzijas tēlu rašanās avotiem. Autore uzmanību pievērš fantāzijas tēlu radošajam virzienam, izpētot un analizējot mūsdienās radītos tēlus. Tiek pētīti to izveides galvenie priekšnosacījumi. Apkopotā informācija tiek izmantota jaunu fantāzijas tēlu izveidei, kas kā grafiski attēli izmantoti tekstila apģērbu apdrukā. In order to test in vivo cytotoxicity of diorganotin(IV)-amoxicillin (amox) derivatives, mitotic chromosomes of Rutilus rubilio (Pisces, Cyprinidae) have been analyzed using two different chromosome-staining techniques. In this study we report the design, synthesis, and biological evaluation of constrained aminopyridinylimidazoles as p38α MAP kinase inhibitors. The frozen analogue approach focused on the pyridinyl unit, using purine bioisosteres as constrained structure analogues. The identification of the most potent bioisostere was followed by a further derivatization to address hydrophobic region II. In combination with C-2 modifications of the imidazole core, we were able to design highly active inhibitors on the p38α MAP kinase.
