Trokšņa piesārņojums Cēsu pilsētas parkos

Maģistra darbā novērtēts trokšņa līmenis Cēsu pilsētas dabas un apstādījumu teritorijās. Pilsētas zaļajā zonā ietilpst parki, skvēri, iekškvartāli un ielu stādījumi. Parki kalpo, kā iespēja cilvēkiem, nedodoties ārpus pilsētas, atpūsties vidē, kas pretstatā no pilsētas ir klusāka, apzaļumota un piemērota kā pieaugušajiem, tā bērniem. Maģistra darbā veikts trokšņa līmeņa novērtējums izmantojot mērījumu metodes, apskatītas un analizētas diennakts un sezonālās parametru svārstības, to ietekmējošie faktori, t.sk. automašīnu plūsma blakus zaļajai infrastruktūrai, kā arī veikta satiksmes trokšņa modelēšana. Pieaugot dažādu transporta īpatsvaram uz auto un sliežu ceļiem, transporta radītā trokšņa piesārņojuma problemātika ir kļuvusi ar vien aktuālāka. Dzelzceļa transports ir viens no būtiskākajiem transporta radītā trokšņa piesārņojuma avotiem, ņemot vērā tā relatīvi augsto izplatību un radītā trokšņa raksturu. Maģistra darba ietvaros ir novērtēts dzelzceļā transporta radītā trokšņa piesārņojuma veicot instrumentālos mērījumus trokšņa avotā un dzīvojamajās zonās un modelējot tā izplatību apkārtējā vidē, izmantojot inženiertehnisko aprēķinu metodi, Rīgā, Krievu salā un tai pieguļošajās teritorijā. A two-phase insertion technique of unexpected customers for a dynamic dial-a-ride problem

Abstract This work deals with a dynamic dial-a-ride problem with time window constraints. In particular, new unplanned requests for service may arise at a vehicle stop and the driver must decide in real-time whether to accept or reject them. For this problem, we have developed a two-phase insertion algorithm based on route perturbations: the first phase, which is run off-line when the vehicle moves between two successive stops, aims at creating a feasible neighborhood of the current route; while the second phase, which is run in real-time every time a new request occurs, inserts, when possible, the delivery stop of the new customer in the current route.
Badania historyczno-systemowe procesów w wielkich społeczno-terytorialnych systemach: metody modelowania semantycznego w sektorze transportu

Artykuł prezentuje metody modelowania semantycznego procesów zachodzących w sektorze transportu państw członkowskich UE i analizę historyczno-systemową grupy systemów terytorialno-społecznych (STS)w porównywaniu z innymi systemami. Za podstawę przyjęto semantykę opartą na taksonomii transportu kolejowego. Badano zmiany infrastruktury i pracy przewozowej na tle procesów wytwarzania PKB. Analizą objęto retrospektywnie okresy 30-, 20- i 15-letnie. Modelowanie identyfikuje zmiany fazowe w STS, obiektywizuje oceny wpływu czynników geopolitycznych na rozwój i trendy przed- i pokryzysowe.
Analiza procesów transportowych w systemach społeczno - terytorialnych w kontekście zjawiska glokalizacji

W artykule przedstawiono wyniki analizy procesów rozwoju regionalnego sektorów TSL (ST) wielkich systemów społeczno -terytorialnych (STS) w kontekście zjawisk globalizacyjnych i glokalizacyjnych.Analiza klasteryzacji terytorialnej i funkcjonalnej jest oparta o modele korelacyjne dynamiki czasowej i zbieżności strukturalno - funkcjonalnej infrastruktury kolejowej jako bazy ST w skalach czasowych – 150, 50 i 30 lat z oceną kwasi - okresowości i zbieżności na zbiorze 56 państw i wielkich STS – hiper-regionów z najbardziej rozwiniętymi ST. Udowodniono zmienność okresowości cykli zbieżności procesów i możliwość identyfikacji STS jako hiper-regionów transportowych.
Minimizing fleet operating costs for a container transportation company

Abstract This paper focuses on a fleet management problem that arises in container trucking industry. From the container transportation company perspective, the present and future operating costs to minimize can be divided in three components: the routing costs, the resource (i.e., driver and truck) assignment costs and the container repositioning costs (i.e., the costs of restoring a given container fleet distribution over the serviced territory, as requested by the shippers that own the containers). Abstract The paper aims to capture a form of naturalism that can be found “built-in” in phenomenology, namely the idea to take science or mathematics on its own, without postulating extraneous normative “molds” on it. The paper offers a detailed comparison of Penelope Maddy’s naturalism about mathematics and Husserl’s approach to mathematics in Formal and Transcendental Logic (1929). It argues that Maddy’s naturalized methodology is similar to the approach in the first part of the book. Search for photonic signatures of gauge-mediated supersymmetry in 8TeV pp collisions with the ATLAS detector

A search is presented for photonic signatures motivated by generalized models of gauge-mediated supersymmetry breaking. This search makes use of 20.3 fb[superscript −1] of proton-proton collision data at √s = 8 TeV recorded by the ATLAS detector at the LHC, and explores models dominated by both strong and electroweak production of supersymmetric partner states. Four experimental signatures incorporating an isolated photon and significant missing transverse momentum are explored. These signatures include events with an additional photon, lepton, b-quark jet, or jet activity not associated with any specific underlying quark flavor.
