Tritija termodesorbcija no plazmas kamerā izmantotiem oglekļa šķiedras kompozīt materiāliem

2015

Rotational Raman spectroscopy of ethylene using a femtosecond time-resolved pump-probe technique.

2005

154309; Femtosecond Raman-induced polarization spectroscopy (RIPS) was conducted at low pressure (250 mb at 295 K and 400 mb at 373 K) in ethylene. The temporal signal, resulting from the beating between pure rotational coherences, was measured with a heterodyne detection. The temporal traces were converted to the frequency domain using a Fourier transformation and then analyzed thanks to the D2hTDS software (http://www.u-bourgogne.fr/LPUB/shTDS.html) dedicated to X2Y4 molecules with D2h symmetry. The effective Hamiltonian was expanded up to order 2, allowing the determination of five parameters with an rms of 0.017 cm(-1). Special care was taken in the precise modeling of intensities, taki…

High-dimensional mixed-valence copper cyanide complexes: Syntheses, structural characterizations and magnetism

2009

International audience; Reactions of CuCl 2 with different CN complexes in presence of a neutral ancillary ligand lead to two novel mixed-valence Cu complexes [Cu II (bpy)Cu I (CN) 3 ] n , 1 (bpy=2,2′-bipyridine) and {[Cu II (tn) 2 ][Cu I 4 (CN) 6 ]} n 2 (tn=1,3-diaminopropane). For compound 1, the asymmetric unit involves two Cu ions Cu1 and Cu2 (Cu I and Cu II centres, respectively) which strongly differ in their environments. The Cu1 ion presents a CuC 4 pseudo-tetrahedral geometry, while the Cu2 ion presents a CuN 5 slightly distorted square-pyramidal geometry. The extended structure of 1 is generated by three cyano ligands which differ in their coordination modes. One CN group has a μ …

QTAIM View of Metal-Metal Bonding in Di- and Trinuclear Disulfido Carbonyl Clusters

2012

The experimental and theoretical charge densities in the sulfido-bridged cluster compounds Fe2(μ-S2)(CO)6 (1), Fe3(μ3-S)2(CO)9 (2), Mn2(μ-S2)(μ-CO)(CO)6 (3), and Fe2(μ-S2)(CO)5(PPh3) (4) have been studied using the quantum theory of atoms in molecules (QTAIM) methodology. High-resolution X-ray diffraction data have been measured for compounds 2–4 at 100 K. The topological analyses show that only in compounds 1 and 4 is there any evidence for metal–metal bonding in terms of the presence of a bond path. For compound 1, the topology of the Fe2S2 cage is highly dependent on the Fe–Fe separation, and the deformation along this vector is an extremely soft mode. The experimentally observed topolog…

High-pressure transition to the post-barite phase in BaCrO4hashemite

2012

A recent high-pressure study on barium chromate BaCrO${}_{4}$ reported a phase transition but the structure of the high-pressure phase structure could not be identified. This high-pressure phase was suggested to have a monoclinic structure different from other high-pressure forms of $AB$O${}_{4}$-type compounds. In this work, we have carried out x-ray diffraction measurements up to 46 GPa using He as the quasihydrostatic pressure medium and density-functional theory calculations. Our studies allow us to identify the high-pressure phase as the $P$2${}_{1}$2${}_{1}$2${}_{1}$ post-barite-type phase, recently reported for BaSO${}_{4}$. The equations of state of both, the low- and the high-press…

Modes of innovation and differentiated responses to globalisation - a case study of innovation modes in the Agder region, Norway

2011

Published version of an article in the jounal: Journal of the Knowledge Economy. Also available from the publisher at: http://dx.doi.org/10.1007/s13132-011-0060-9 The main argument of this paper is that firms and industries are dominated by different innovation modes and that they therefore respond differently to challenges of globalisation. The paper differentiates between three modes: science, technology and innovation (STI), doing, using and interacting (DUI) application mode and the DUI technological mode. These innovation modes are based on different dominant knowledge bases, modes of learning and external knowledge. What is the implication of these differences with regard to competing…

Quasi-Normal Frequencies in Open Cavities: An Application to Photonic Crystals

2005

The electromagnetic field in an optical open cavity is analyzed in the framework of the Quasi-Normal Modes theory. The role of the complex quasi-normal frequencies in the transmission coefficient and their link with the density of quasi-modes function is clarified. An application to a quarter-wave symmetric one-dimensional photonic crystals is discussed to illustrate the usefulness and the meaning of our results.

ELECTRE TRI-based approach to the failure modes classification on the basis of risk parameters: An alternative to the risk priority number

2017

Proposing an ELECTRE TRI-based approach for the failure modes classification into predefined and ordered risk classes.Direct identification of failure modes on which performing the corrective actions with priority.Easy definition of risk classes on the basis of DMs expertise and perception of the industrial context considered.Application to dairy manufacturing processes. Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) is an engineering technique aimed at the detection of potential failures, their causes and consequences on the system/process under investigation. When used for the failure modes prioritization, FMEA is also referred to as Failure Mode, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA). In tr…
