Les minières de silex néolithiques des marais de Saint-Gond (Marne)
2014
In the southern and eastern area of the Côte d’Île-de-France, north of the marshes of Saint-Gond (Marne, France), research incorporating a great deal of unpublished documentation, and the results of pedestrian and aerial surveys, has highlighted five flint mines. For various reasons, the many indications of mining activity in this region have never been considered sufficient to consider it a mining area, however, the combination of a series of objective observations suggests the existence of five flint mines. In several sites, flint mining was conducted from shafts several metres deep, sometimes connected by galleries. As many archaeological discoveries made during the earlier excavations ha…
Synthesis of active principles from the leaves of Moringa oleifera using S-pent-4-enyl thioglycosides
1998
Abstract α - l -Rhamnosides of 4-hydroxy-benzyl compounds with nitrile, carbamate, and thiocarbamate groups occurring in Moringa oleifera leaf extracts and the α - l -rhamnoside of anisaldehyde derivatives were synthesised. Electrophilic activation of S -pent-4-enyl thiorhamnosides was applied for the construction of glycosidic linkages.

Spectroscopic and chromatographic study of the interaction of nonionic micelles with the aluminum-morin complex
1989
Abstract The interaction of the aluminum-morin system with different nonionic surfactants has been studied spectrophotometrically and by high-performance liquid chromatography. It has been found that ethylene oxide-propylene oxide condensate surfactants sensitize the spectrophotometric determination of aluminum with morin more than ethylene oxide condensate surfactants. Binding ratio parameters for the different surfactants with free morin have been also estimated from the analysis of chromatographic vacant peaks.
H-Point Standard Addition Method Applied to Voltammetry of Microparticles. Quantitation of Dyes in Pictorial Samples
2007
A solid-state electrochemical application of the H-point standard addition method (HPSAM) for quantifying two electroactive compounds, A, B, that produce strongly overlapped voltammetric peaks is described. It is based on peak current measurement in square-wave voltammograms recorded for solid samples containing a reference compound R, upon additions of a A- (or B-) containing standard compound. The method allows to the determination of the mass fraction of A and B by applying the H-point standard addition method to solid state voltammetry. The quotients between the currents measured at two selected potentials and the peak current of R vary linearly with the mass ratio of the added standard…

Pre- and postsynaptic effects of muscarinic agonists in the guinea-pig ileum
1980
The effects of several muscarinic agonists on smooth muscle (postsynaptic effect) and on acetylcholine release (presynaptic effect) were compared in the longitudinal muscle-myenteric plexus preparation of the guinea-pig ileum. 1. For release experiments the acetylcholine stores of the preparation were labelled with 3H-choline. Electrical field stimulation in the absence of a cholinesterase inhibitor caused an outflow of tritium that reflected release of 3H-acetylcholine. The agonists oxotremorine, arecaidinepropargylester, methylfurmethide, muscarine, carbachol, arecoline and pilocarpine inhibited the stimulation-induced outflow in a concentration-dependent manner. At the highest concentrat…
Tissue Differences in the Effect of Atropine on the Evoked Release of Acetylcholine
1979
The effect of atropine on the release of acetylcholine (ACh) from different peripheral parasympathetically innervated tissues was investigated. My enteric plexus The longitudinal muscle-myenteric plexus preparation of the guinea-pig was incubated in eserinecontaining Tyrode solution. The ACh release evoked by high K+ (45 or 108 μ) or by the nicotinic drug dimethylphenylpiperazinium (DMPP) (10 pM) was increased by atropine (0.1–10 μ) in a concentration-dependent fashion. Muscarinic agonists (oxotremorine; propargylester of arecaidine) prevented the facilitatory effect of atropine on ACh release. These results suggest that the ACh release from the myenteric plexus is regulated via presynaptic…
