Korkeasaantoisen havusulfaattimassan sähkömagneettisen säteilyn aiheuttama kellastuminen aiheutuu puun natiiveista sekä sulfaattikeiton aikana syntyvistä kromoforeista. Kromoforit ovat kemiallisia rakenteita, jotka absorboivat säteilyä näkyvän valon alueelta, minkä seurauksena syntyy värejä. Kellastumisen aiheutumiseksi kemialliseen rakenteeseen on synnyttävä kromoforisia rakenteita, jotka absorboivat näkyvää valoa sini-viher-alueella. We seek to “bust out” ghost leaders, narrated leader(ship) characters manifesting leadership influence, to discuss the inherent challenges related to leaderless management. By taking the non-corporeal aspect of leadership into account, we challenge the notion of leaderless management—which we argue has turned out to be more of an inspiring and empowering idea rather than a standing practice. We illustrate, with a Finnish high-tech organization, how organizational members narrate leader characters into existence in the non-corporeal realm during an organizational change to fill the void of a corporeal leader. International Student Migration in Finland

There is increasing attention on the retention of international students with many stakeholders desiring to keep international students for long-term economic growth. This study examines the factors affecting international students to stay in Finland five years after initial enrolment with particular focus on the role graduation plays in students staying or leaving. Tracking 11 (years) entering cohorts for five years across national (Finland) data registries, we found evidence of an inverse relationship between graduation, degree type, and the probability of staying; higher the degree level of graduation, the decrease in probability an international student stays. This paper examines the flow of intra-European Union (EU) students for doctoral (PhD) studies to identify reasons for differences in international student mobility and migration (ISM) among member states. Rather than conceptualising intra-EU PhD student ISM only through push–pull forces, we theorise the intra-EU PhD ISM is associated with relative levels of national resources or levels of capital. We investigate the intra-EU PhD ISM through dyadic country pairings allowing the use of Gravity models to estimate the effect of variables associated with stocks of capital ascribed to a country to the change in the number of PhD students. In recent decades, increased diversity and migration have challenged school staff members’ ways of working. This study aimed to identify the challenges faced by Finnish school staff in supporting students with migrant backgrounds, and to elaborate on how they enact professional agency toward these challenges. The data consist of 15 thematic interviews with staff members across various work positions in two Finnish lower secondary schools. Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli selvittää maahanmuuttajavanhempien ja heidän kanssa työtä tekevien ammattilaisten kokemuksia maahanmuuttajien vanhemmuuden haasteista ja vanhemmuuden tukemisesta pikkulapsiperheissä. Lisäksi selvitimme maahanmuuttajavanhempien kokemuksia neuvolasta. Suomessa kyseisiä aiheita on tutkittu vähän, joten koimme tärkeäksi tuoda lisää tutkimustietoa saataville. Aineisto kerättiin haastattelemalla kahdeksaa maahanmuuttajavanhempaa sekä kolmea ammattilaista. Haastattelut toteutettiin toukokuun ja syyskuun välisenä aikana vuonna 2017 ja tutkimus oli laadullinen. Tutkimuksen lähestymistapana sovellettiin fenomenologiaa.
