Para ello, después de introducir el “método” asociativo cavelliano, vamos a presentar los rasgos más característicos de dicho género y la imagen de la mujer que en ellos se dibuja: el autoconocimiento de la protagonista, su relación con el mundo masculino, su emancipación del mismo a través de la conquista de la voz. Simple Summary This review summarizes adaptations and predispositions of different arthropod taxa (springtails, web spiders, millipedes and centipedes) to flood and drought conditions. The main focus sis directed to arthropod species, which are living in Middle European floodplain forests and wetlands, because of the fast change of flood and drought conditions in these habitats. Furthermore the effects of the predicted regional climate change like increasing aperiodic summer flooding and decreasing winter and spring floods are also discussed. Stones where mythical creatures carry out work connected with wearing apparel appear in publications on the mythological stones of Lithuania and Belarus. This theme is not so widely considered in Latvian research literature. The aim of this work is to show that in Latvian folklore, by natural (stone, tree, stump, water, cave, etc) and man-made objects of the cultural space (threshing barn, cemetery, hill-fort, etc), mythical creatures tailor, spin, knit and mend for people or for themselves. This article focuses on religiousness and spirituality in the art works of psychiatric patients of Nikkilä Hospital, Finland. The pictures analysed here belong to a collection held at the Helsinki City Museum and they were made during the twentieth century. The theoretical frame of the study is a cultural study of mental health. The collection is approached as presenting a specific kind of imagery which has connections not only to the personal history and diagnoses of the patients; their cultural context and hospital environment is also taken into account. Līdz ar augošo mijiedarbību start tehnoloģijām un cilvēku, robežas starp tiem pamazām izzūd. Šī darba mērķis ir izpētīt attiecības starp cilvēku un tā radīto būtni Ričarda Pauersa romānā “Galatea 2,2”, intelektuālo mašīnu un cilvēka mijiedarbību posthumānisma kontekstā un tehnoloģiju spēju parādīt pašapziņu par spīti to bezķermeniskumam. Helēna ir posthumānisma ķermenis, kuru cilvēki ir radījuši ar cerību, ka tā spēs nokārtot Turinga testu. Helēna sāk izrādīt apziņu, kas palīdz tai izveido ciešas attiecības ar Pauersu.

This study functions within the conceptual and practical framework in which transcreation is located as the natural result of the process of adaptation of migrant Syrian narratives to the ancient myth of the Trojan women.
