Tässä tutkimuksessa selvitimme, mitä tarjottavaa koulujen kansainvälisillä yhteistyöhankkeilla on vieraan kielen oppimiseen ja opettamiseen. Kielitaito on yksi tulevaisuuden avaintaidoista, ja uudet perusopetuksen opetussuunnitelman perusteet painottavat autenttisuutta ja viestinnällisyyttä vieraan kielen opettamisessa. Tässä tutkimuksessa keskityimme tarkastelemaan, miten autenttisuus on läsnä kansainvälisen yhteistyöhankkeen synnyttämissä kielenkäyttötilanteissa. Sense of belonging in a digitalised care work community

This chapter uses the theoretical framework of sense of belonging to explore how eldercare workers from Finnish service housing units for older people describe the use of digital devices and applications in their work and the work practices that relate to their sense of belonging. The study is based on interview data (n = 25) that was collected in 2018 for a study on digitalisation of eldercare. The chapter asks: what does a sense of belonging mean for care workers’ agency in a digital era? Public relations scholarship has drawn on organisational legitimacy theory to show how organisations appeal to stakeholders’ acceptance of their existence and importance in society. Studies have shown how different types of organisations utilise communication strategies in social media to gain legitimacy. This chapter contributes to public relations research by examining how a sample of business schools implemented legitimation strategies in their social media posts when their legitimacy was threatened. Työn tarkoituksena on esitellä sekä muodoiltaan että käyttötavoiltaan erilaisia organisaatiotarinoita ja niiden rakentumista. Tavoitteena on antaa käytännön vinkkejä ja apua organisaatiotarinan konkreettiseen rakentamiseen ja hyödyntämiseen, erityisesti viestinnän ammattilaisille mutta myös muille yhteisöviestinnästä ja organisaatiotarinoista kiinnostuneille. Työ on muodoltaan monimuotogradu, tarkemmin kuvailtuna portfoliogradu.
