Latvijā aizvien biežāk tiek diskutēts par bioloģisko atkritumu apsaimniekošanu, to dažādajām iespējām un devumu, ja tiek veikta otrreizējā pārstrāde. Bakalaura darbā izvēlēta Salaspils novada teritorija, kur bioloģisko atkritumu apsaimniekošana ir aktuāla un neatrisināta problēma. Gan pašvaldībai piederošajās teritorijās, gan privātmāju īpašnieku dārzos nav rasts risinājums, kā efektīvāk iespējams atbrīvoties no savāktajiem un nevajadzīgajiem bioloģiskajiem atkritumiem. Anotācija Promocijas darba mērķis ir analizēt augšupvērstas inovācijas universitātē, tās specifiskajā strukturālās varas, profesionālās autonomijas un profesionālo prakses kopienu kontekstā. Pētījums veikts izmantojot konstrukcionisma pieeju datos pamatotās vidēja līmeņa teorijas izveidei. Teorētiskie jēdzieni aizgūti no situatīvās mācīšanās teorijas, papildinātas ar mikro-institucionālisma pieeju un varas konceptualizācijām. Veikta 30 mikro-gadījumu analīze divās Latvijas universitātēs. Though various authors have offered reviews of the Regional Innovation Systems (RIS) literature and some have described their personal intellectual voyage amongst the building blocks that constitute this area of scientific enquiry (for example, Cooke 2008), these often illuminating illustrations are nonetheless subjective and, thus, suffer from biases which pertain to the actor performing the analysis. Robotic process automation (RPA) has by now for years been viewed as a disruptive innovation that will have a significant impact on accounting, HR and payroll services, and yet the rate of adopting the innovation has not reached a level anticipated in past predictions. As several elements have a negative impact on the organization’s rate of adopting RPA, passive resistance to change has a significant impact in the form of constant dithering. Neutrinos below 100 TeV from the southern sky employing refined veto techniques to IceCube data

Many Galactic sources of gamma rays, such as supernova remnants, are expected to produce neutrinos with a typical energy cutoff well below 100 TeV. For the IceCube Neutrino Observatory located at the South Pole, the southern sky, containing the inner part of the Galactic plane and the Galactic Center, is a particularly challenging region at these energies, because of the large background of atmospheric muons. In this paper, we present recent advancements in data selection strategies for track-like muon neutrino events with energies below 100 TeV from the southern sky. This leads to continuous introduction of foreign genetic material to local, established microbial communities. In this perspective, I ask whether this silent rain may have a slowing effect on the overall evolutionary rates in the microbial biosphere. Kolejna transformacja kapitalizmu, wspierana narzędziami społeczeństwa informacyjnego, zakłada wiele endogenicznych zmian technologicznych wprowadzanych z uwzględnieniem środowiska instytucjonalnego służącego rozwojowi zrównoważonemu. Taka forma globalizacji potrzebuje lokalności, także tej kryjącej się w rolnictwie i na obszarach wiejskich, i stanowi szanse ich rozwoju.
